We recieved the Gluten Free Sourdough starter ok. No problems dealing with the Company. However, despite our best efforts we could not get the starter working well. Our numerous attempts to make GF sourdough bread have all failed and we have sadly given up. This is 2 months down the line from receiving the starter. I have made beautiful 'normal' sourdough from starter friends have given us, but we have come to the conclusion that Gluten free sourdough bread is impossible.
