I ordered organic kefir grains to make my own kefir as I was spending a lot of money buying the bottled product from supermarkets. If you follow the instructions carefully the grains activate within a few days and I’m now on my third lot of homemade kefir. At the moment it’s still a bit fizzy but tastes fine and I’m experimenting to get the perfect results.
