We are completely delighted with the customer service and support provided by freshly fermented. We recently purchased 10g of Kefir grains and have already enjoyed several pints of kefir. This is a whole new world for my husband and I but we are really enjoying making kefir and it is a simple procedure but takes a bit if care but works well if you use the instructions given and we found there is a wealth of support and information on the website.
