Bought the creme fraiche starter because I couldn't get hold of decent full-fat creme fraiche locally and it has been a total game changer. Now its matured we can make as much creme fraiche as anyone could ever eat in about 24 hours using just one dessert spoon of the previous batch. It's easier than yogurt and far more delicious than any of the shop bought ones - I even prefer it to the French d'isigny appellation! Highly recommended
