I purchased the Greek Yoghurt starter and have made several batches successfully. The instructions are good. As time goes on it seems to be getting more and more sour- not sure if this is what naturally happens, but it’s about where I like it at the moment, so I hope it doesn’t get any more sour! Good product - works well and the instructions, downloadable from the website are straightforward and easy to follow.
