I've been much enjoying experimenting with my two new sourdough starters. Both have settled in happily, and are flourishing. I have cancelled my regular bread order, and am loving being able to make bread exactly as I like it. Thank you Freshly Fermented for your great range, helpful instructions and recipes, and for supplying exactly what I was looking for.
