Sourdough effective and tasty, no fuss. Fetir more unpredictable, but the instructions do warn of this. Now seems to be settling down, though it tastes sharper than the shop-bought stuff. Some sourdough bread-making instructions would help, e.g. flour to water ratios, salt, sugar etc.
