Very quick delivery 2 days from ordering excellent. I’ve made milk kefir for a couple of years but stopped when my grains turned a brown colour. I’d started to make my own sauerkraut and kept both together in the kitchen to ferment. Never realised that the different cultures would react with each other hence the brown grains! I’ve now bought your milk kefir and am very pleased with the results.
