Ordered some kefir grains and the website explained there could be a delay in receiving them as they were so busy but I was happy to wait. Recieved them in within just less than a couple of weeks. Followed their instructions on how to make the milk etc, within a week the grains were growing and thriving and producing some lovely kefir milk so I am very happy with their product and would definitely use them again.
