The Delivery took a while, but it was made clear BEFORE we ordered that delivery times would take up to 10 days longer than normal due to COVID. The product - white sourdough starter - was delivered in the expected timescale (as above) and I have since activated and used it successfully (despite being a sourdough newbie). The postage was free, via 2nd class letter post - a great plus when so many firms charge a standard parcel rate even when the product can be sent via envelope!! I can recommend both the company and the product.
