Have bought their Alaskan sourdough for my lockdown bread when there was no yeast anywhere to be found last year. Also started making Caspian sea yoghurt (so easy) and recently, ginger beer, great fun. When my first batch of yoghurt didn't work, they replaced it no questions. Really impressed and good gifts too.
