Really bad rude customer service. Cannot take constructive criticism. Starter kit has a piece of paper in saying go to website for instructions, no instructions. There are only instructions if you use their own starters, which isn't what sourdough is about for me? Sarcastic and condescending replies. Needs training on how to talk to customers respectfully.
