Friendly turtle customer services were spot on, answered my questions promptly when I had them, and dispatched a bar of shampoo quickly. Product arrived in a beautiful little box, well packaged. I would use them again. However... The shampoo I ordered (B&S Nettle & Seaweed Shampoo Bar) is worse than a laundry soap. I have never ever had worse shampoo. Never. Had to bin it after several washes (expected hair to "get used to it" but that didn't work) even my boyfriend who uses shower gel instead of shampoo most of the time found it horrible. Makes your hair tangled, extremely dry and oily at the same time. But I guess B&S is not made by Friendly Turtle. I just wish that FT would spend more time sourcing manufacturers. Hence 4 stars.
