I bought a nice package with a gift card I got for Christmas and I was blown away by the best customer service! I had an issue with my initial payment where it seemed my gift card had been used and they not only replied to my email within an hour and resolved the issue, but they replied ON CHRISTMAS EVE which I was not expecting at all!
Aside from the amazing customer service, the products themselves are also amazing! All their face products are lovely and smell amazing and I would 1000% recommend them.
