I brought a nutcracker that broke after not even cracking 10 nuts, I emailed requesting a refund or store credit and was instead sent another nutcracker, I have not used this yet as I had picked up another in the mean time but I am not optimistic it will be any better. Tried to make a zero waste choice and it has been anything but as I know have 2 nutcracker as well as a broken one I don't know how to dispose of. All been quite disappointing
