I ordered a shampoo bar, my first ever order with a confirmation email. The next day I received four emails with a short space of eachother. First to say your order has been cancelled. Second to say your order has been shipped. Third to say order refunded. Fourth to thank me for ordering with them. No item arrived and my money was refunded, I was very disappointed. I have continued to receive eight more emails in the space of two weeks welcoming me to the family, asking for a review etc. Friendly Turtle don't seem to realise that they did not fulfill their order and I'm not really 'part of the family' afterall.
