Maybe this is the only way to get the co-founders Carley and Rick's attention. I have had the most awful shopping experience with this company which is still not resolved because they are ignoring me. I applaud start-ups but they really have no business to be in business. My pleas for help are discounted and ignored. Obviously, I am not leaving this review for a voucher. Actually, the email from them offering a voucher for a review only added insult to injury.
