Ordered for same day delivery, nothing showed up and I had to reach out to FYF just for them to reply that they could not find a florist to deliver that day. I asked that they be delivered the following day. FYF refunded my same day fee with no questions. I waited at home all day, no flowers, no call, no doorbell ring, nothing. I reached out again and FYF said they would need to get a non-delivery confirmation. I asked immediately for a refund. I do not recommend. They are kind via email but seems that they don't really care because I had to initiate all conversations.
