“Says same day delivery. 2 weeks later i had to call to see where the flowers were. they said they could get it out tomorrow but i said too late. i think this is a scam company”

My aunt paid extra for a premium birthday bouquet, Lindt chocolates, a balloon, and early morning delivery. What I received was a mediocre arrangement, cheap Trader Joe’s truffles, no balloon, and the delivery arrived after 4 p.m. Despite multiple follow-ups, customer service never responded. Totally unacceptable, avoid this company if you care about quality or reliability”

I emailed them to confirm the date and time- received failed email delivery notification.
Had to confirm with my friend himself regarding the bouquet. What a shame.
My money has been deducted-only an automated email to say they've received the order but my friend never received the bouquets and here I am asking his help to contact this team. Also, they are not even picking up the phone.

“They don’t even deserve one star. I spent $150 on two bouquets of flowers for my mom‘s funeral. They looked absolutely nothing like in the photos on their website. From the color to the amount and the types of flowers, they weren’t even remotely close. I’ll never order from them again.”
“I ordered a bouquet of 20 red and white roses a day in advance for a special occasion, expecting it to arrive within the delivery window as advertised. Not only did the flowers fail to arrive on time, but I later received a message claiming the order had been delivered when nothing ever arrived!!
There was no proof of delivery, no photo, no signature, and absolutely no sign of the flowers. I had to buy replacements locally at the last minute, completely defeating the purpose of ordering in advance.
Customer service responded with a generic message and offered a discount voucher instead of a refund, despite the fact that they failed to deliver the product I paid for.
Save yourself the stress — DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!”
“I paid for same day delivery, in the morning. They had all day to deliver. They didn't. The following day I called, they promised it would be delivered. It wasn't. Ruined my parents' anniversary. Garbage company, I would absolutely never use them again.”
“432637445 I’m very disappointed in the caller I received. I was going to schedule on my own online, but I thought the reception would be way better. I told the man exactly what I needed. Which was delivering between 8am-9am I asked no earlier or later due to business closing early. He made me feel like he did exactly the way I wanted it to be. I call around 8:33am the next day to make sure everything is running smoothly. The florist never answered the phone when reception called, and without me confirming he clicked back over and gave me a refund. My first experience, truly will be my last I’m so disappointed. I wanted to do something special for my wife. I was better off doing it online myself or going down to a florist myself.”

* 1:30 pm - called customer service. The gentleman apologized and assured me that the correct arrangement would be delivered the same day, as soon as possible. Great customer service!
* 8:30 pm - no flowers - called cs - told that a correction cannot be delivered the same day - that is our policy (repeatedly) - no feeling, no care, no concern. TERRIBLE customer service.
* When I was told "same day ASAP", I even said, ok so, I can remove these flowers and the correct ones will be here today for her birthday - Yes, as soon as possible

“I ordered funeral flowers for my mother-in-law’s service on 06/04/25, and they were never delivered. This caused deep distress to our grieving family on an already emotional day. I got a call the next day, 6/05/25, apologizing and was told they would be diverted today. Is this some kind of joke? The damage is already done.
This was not just a delivery failure — it was a lack of basic human decency during grief. I will not order from this company again and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.”
“The experience was a total nightmare the delivery was not done on time and my friend left the hospital without the arrangement. They offered me a 30% refund and an upgraded arrangement to be delivered next day at their home address and nothing was delivered. I called them again and got offered the same to be delivered the next following day I got tired of it and had to argue to get a full refund. Our surprise got totally ruined worse service ever!”
