“Do NOT order from this company. I paid for express delivery and it was not delivered on time. They refunded the express fee, but then the normal delivery hours (9am to 5pm) PASSED and the flowers were eventually delivered at 6 pm and they were NOTHING like the photo. I emailed the company and all they did was refund me 50% of the arrangement. Either I should have been refunded completely or a new arrangement should have been sent.
Would not recommend this company to ANYONE.”
“The flower was delivered, but it is as good as what is was paid for. It is much different from what is shown in the pictures. Extra fees was paid for Premium, and there are at least a dozen roses that can be seen for this choice (there should be more not be seen on the other side), however there were Only Seven roses delivered, which is not even good for a Regular choice.”
“Do not order from this Company they are scammers. The flower arrangement that I ordered was not what I received none of the flowers that were pictured were not used. The arrangement looked liked someone put it together in a hurry and also included a hand written scribble note! I could have gotten a better arrangement from my supermarket. How is it that every florist they use in the US is a problem? They are overcharging people and putting in the orders to use less flowers!”

Years ago I used them and never had a problem however it seems now its a different story.... and affecting a lot of people. I'm very disappointed. “Had flowers sent to my girlfriend’s job and paid extra for them to be there by 12. 1230 and still not there. So I used the chat option and explained everything and the guy said the order has been processed nothing I can do! F’N BS so I called and spoke to someone and they offered me a 30% off!! I’m not ordering from you people again what is 30% going to do. They didn’t even offer to refund my delivery fee. I got nasty and said refund me my money in full or I’m going to report you to the BBB and finally after yelling at him he finally did. F this place. Don’t shop here!!”
