Actually disgusting how poorly my order went. Ordered flowers to be delivered on 8/11 and they were delivered to the wrong address. Customer service didn’t believe me and I asked for them to send me a picture of the confirmed delivery, which I didn’t receive. I called back a 1/2 hour later to ask for the email again and it was finally sent to me, and it was NOT my mom’s house. I was guaranteed that they would be delivered on 8/12, and given a refund of the same-day delivery fee and 20% off. I heard nothing from them on 8/12 and no flowers were delivered. I called to complain today 8/13 and was told that the florist refused to redeliver as they believed they had the right address, which they didn’t. I was offered an additional 10% off and redelivery today, but the whole situation was so poorly handled that I requested a full refund. In addition, when I looked at the flowers that were delivered, they looked nothing like what I ordered - very disappointing size and quantity of flowers for the price paid. Buyer beware - this company is scamming people.
