“I received a call yesterday that said my flowers would not arrive on time. I had picked one of the available delivery dates for a friend who just had surgery. The guy said they would be at least 5 days late. This is unacceptable. He did not offer any other options, like a discount or to send something different that would arrive on time. Disappointed!”

I will never use this company again and will warn everyone I know as well. The yellow roses, which are my favorites, were nothing but miniature buds found in grocery stores and were pathetic looking.
