“I purchased a bouqet of flowers for a birthday gift for my stepmother and had a birthday balloon attached. The flowers were beautiful. My only suggestion is to offer a few choices for balloons. I didnt get a choice and the balloon sent looked like it was for a child with its monster cartoon on it. Not a fan for gifting flowers to an adult. Thanks”

“Completely botched order, wrong color roses, wrong amount of roses, only 24, instead of the 36 ordered, but only 23 survived the trip, due to the box being too small, even for the 24 sent. The box being too small was also responsible for breaking the large glass vase & only by the grace of God was my beautiful wife uninjured. Also ordered a large red heart helium filled balloon with I Love you printed on the sides, instead my poor wife pulled a very small red heart tied to a stick with nothing printed on either side, one attached photo will show the disappointment upon her beautiful face, even the pic of the poor teddy bear shows a frown upon his face. Due to all these blunders I am requesting a full refund. I have ordered from you on many occasions & thankfully this is a total rarity, so I will order from your company again in the future, Thank you for your time and help in resolving this issue, please see attached photos.”

“I ordered my mother a mother's day/70th birthday arrangement with same day delivery. It was not delivered, I asked for my same day delivery fee refunded which they agreed. Was supposed to be delivered next day, I got an email stating my arrangement was not available and they would replace with a similar one. I asked for a full refund, they never replied. My credit card was charged. Been trying to get in touch with them, no replies. Do not order from this place.”

“I placed two orders, one to be sent to New Jersey and one for myself. The one to NJ was nice but the flowers didn't look fresh so I called into customer service and they were very nice and sent out another arrangement which was beautiful. The one for me was absolutely beautiful and as soon as anyone walked in the house they complimented it. This was my first time using Fromyouflowers and I will definitely use them again.”

“During the last year I regularly ordered different type of flowers for my wife. Most deliveries came on time and flowers had always been fresh. The price with all the additional charges has always been pretty high but the good flowers combined with the easy selection from a great website and the ok delivery was still an attractive. My last order had been roses and it was a desaster. The roses came from Kentucky to Michigan by plane. This was delayed and further transportation as well Thus I received roses in a totally overheated carton without a drop of water around 1,5 days delayed. They must have been in the plane and UPS truck in the heat for 2 days total. For the first time the flowers had been really ugly. After 2 more days I had to discard the flowers. Very expensive pack of frustration. At least it should be visible that these flowers are coming from no local source and the should be transported with some fluid. I will never order roses here again. All other prior deliveries had been expensive but good.”
