“If I could give no stars I would, I paid extra for my same day delievery and then on top of that expidited delievery within 4 hours which would of been delivery by 11am, at 3pm I noticed it was not delievered so I called and then they told me that the local flower shop could not make it. How come I did not get a call prior to me calling to let me know. They then told me that they could deliever it tomorrow. I told them that was fine... Well saturday comes and I get a missed call that they could not deliever on saturday either.... I ended up getting my order on Monday afternoon, not the first delivery as they mentioned.”

“Wow. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I spent $67 total for a small bouquet. I placed the order on a Sunday to be delivered Monday at a place of business.
It’s 3:30pm no delivery. I called and spoke to the nice customer service agent and she said “she would call the delivery company and have them expedite the delivery”. Sounded like a canned response but either way it’s almost 4pm and no delivery. Like what’s the point of you can’t deliver between 12-2pm so they can enjoy the flowers for half of the day on a Monday. Your company is making me look bad and making yourself look bad with late delivery.
now I’m worried about the quality of flowers that you’re gonna send. I surely hope you don’t send trash flowers.

“Ordered flowers for 16th birthday to be delivered day of birthday! Contacted that flowers would not be delivered that day but would definitely go the next day. Next day notification that flowers would not be delivered again. Finally third day, after calling to see what the issue was, flowers were delivered. Not what I had ordered however! Don't advertise same day delivery and then 3 days later have the flowers delivered!!!! Don't trust them to do as advertised! Won't make same mistake again!!!!!!”

“My granddaughter did not receive the flowers
I spent 12 hours trying to leave msgs
Sending text and on line with the chat line
There is no way to reach a real person
I tried x 12 hours ! People would call me leave msgs with no real number to call them back and the numbers they left brought you back to the animated system with no way to speak to anyone the next day I canceled the order for refund, with in 2 minutes a real person did call back offering me a $10. Coupon. I missed my granddaughters birthday so that didn’t do much good I will not use Avas flowers again”

They were delayed a day but I was advised they would be but they were delivered promptly the next day n I was issued a small credit. But I was satisfied n will use from you flowers again!”

When I reached out to customer service they were very helpful but stated they would follow up with me with dates to redeliver. They never followed up and instead just sent the order out. “Extremely disappointing experience.
My aunt paid extra for a premium birthday bouquet, Lindt chocolates, a balloon, and early morning delivery. What I received was a mediocre arrangement, cheap Trader Joe’s truffles, no balloon, and the delivery arrived after 4 p.m. Despite multiple follow-ups, customer service never responded. Totally unacceptable, avoid this company if you care about quality or reliability”
