Very disappointing. I ordered a Be Happy bouquet of yellow and white daisies and roses for a very sick friend in hospital. What I ordered was supposed to include a cheerful yellow vase with a happy smiley face. What she received was a very ordinary looking few daisies in a boring glass vase. See photos. It simply did not match the order. I overpaid for a poor quality bunch of flowers so I most certainly won't be using them again.

The tulips I ordered at $47.00 actually turned out to be tulips and iris at $80 delivered. I'd rather see your costs expressed more openly before I get to all the way to Submit.

I was very disappointed in the communication and the quality of the products. I purchased 2 items was charged 2 delivery fees even though it was the same order,same address to the same person and was delivered together. Due to the late delivery the bouquet of flowers was very wilted due to no water for so long the bulb garden was very dry but looks like it will survive

I’m disappointed in the size of the arrangement. I spent over $70 after discount for my mother-in-law to receive 5 flowers. I purchased the deluxe size and it should have been bigger with more flowers. It’s a rip off.

the flower arrangement was from Safeway not very nice, 😟the ordered also said it was at a discounted price but I didn't see the credit at time of ck out😕it was to exoensive & the arrangement was not very nice🧐it was delivered on time. Thank you. I don't believe I will be ordering again!

The service and delivery were wonderful but the photo of the product did not match to what was received and it was very disappointing especially for the price I could’ve purchased what I received for a third of the price. It did not meet my expectations or have the effect that we had hoped for on my mother‘s 60th birthday.

Unfortunately, not thrilled with the level of customer service when reaching out after ordering. I was passed around 3Xs on 3 separate calls, only to be told they could not help. Reason for the call was to update shipping information - well in advance of delivery. I don't have a photo of the flowers (order was flowers and wine), however the quick glance I did see from the recipient did not support the image on the website of what I was expecting.

This has been my go to recently for flowers as the ordering is easy and the price with discounts seem fair. Usually I do not see the actual arrangement..:until I sent funeral flowers recently. The flowers looked nothing like the bouquet I picked out and although I paid for the medium size (delux) the arrangement was EMBARRASSINGLY small. And that’s the end of using them.

Although confirming they had my correct email address, I Never received email confirming my order and giving me an order number. I also never received email confirming delivery. I had to call them to get status of my order.

Ordered same day delivery and the flowers didn’t show up until the next day. They looked nothing like the photo and the flowers used looked like leftovers they couldn’t sell and were already wilting.

First first of all, came in a box with the flowers separate from the vase that I had to arrange. I purchased tulips and there were red and white. The red ones were already dying when they arrived, lasted about a day began to wilt and fall over. The white ones never bloomed at all. Quite honestly, it was a waste of money and I’m sure a disappointment for my wife on her birthday as well.

We loved the bouquet we sent for our grandmother's 90th birthday. It turned out beautiful. However, 4 of the 6 names were left off the card. That was very disappointing.

I’m posting two stars only because their customer service department got back to me so quickly. That’s the only reason. I don’t order flowers often but it was my adult best friend’s father who passed away suddenly, we’ve been best friends since 3rd grade and her father was dear to me also. The funeral was in a different state and I couldn’t be there so I decided to use this company for the first time. You’ll see the photo’s of what I ordered, versus what was sent on my behalf to the funeral home. This company misrepresented with the description pictures, and the difference was vast. I paid for the Premium Bright & Sunny Roses bouquet…Premium lists that 18 roses will be in the mix and as you can see there’s several different flowers in the bouquet to help fill it out and make it into a beautiful arrangement. You will see in the reality picture, of what was actually sent on my behalf that there doesn’t even look to be 18 roses and there’s DEFINITELY no other flowers in the bouquet to fill it out…it looks NOTHING like the company’s reference pictures. This is disappointing and I’m so embarrassed that I spent that amount of money while hoping it the arrangement would reflect it much better than this sloppy work. I’m embarrassed by the whole experience and disheartened. I did receive a return email quickly after emailing the company with pictures and a note detailing everything and the offered me a 16.00 discount and I thanked them but told them there was a big difference between that amount that they offered me back and the amount I actually spent, they then upped it to a total of 26 dollars back. On their website they say if you’re dissatisfied that they’ll give you 100% money back guarantee or they’ll give you a free flower arrangement to send to someone else, in hopes of doing a better job I’m assuming. I was offered NEITHER. Badly done From You Flowers…badly done.

Flowers arrived a day early, when no one was home to receive them and were outside in the cold for 3 hours . Roses drooped over and petals started to fall shortly after being put in a vase. Would not recommend.
