I ordered some flowers for my godmother and they arrived when promised however some of the flowers were drperfecry and didn't look healthy. She receivedthem on a Moday and by Wednesday they were all wilted. I called customer service and told them the condidtion of the flowers and they promised to send out another order and they did send more flowers and this time the flowers were perfect. Tank you. Will definitely will order again.

Flowers looked damaged as if they were frozen. Although the delivery was within the time frame promised, I was not given specific information about where my delivery was prior to arrival (was it still at the store, on the truck, etc.)

Upgraded from a small bouquet of flowers to add on 2 Mylar happy birthday balloons, small box of chocolates, and a stuffed teddy bear. The recipient only received the flowers and 1 plain balloon. The price to upgrade is ala carte so to not have the extra gifts added was definitely a let down. I’ve used this company many times and haven’t had this issue before. Maybe just a spot of bad luck.

You usually do a good job. I was a bit disappointed this time after my friend sent me a photo of what she received. For $65, I would expect more than 10 or so flowers. See photo. Also, see photo of what I ordered.

Flowers would have lasted better if they had not been left outside in 100 degree heat. Delivery service did not bother to either ring the doorbell or call, but just dropped the flowers off in the driveway.

I received a photo of the bouquet I sent to our friend. It was NOT as full as the picture I saw on your site for the price range we chose. Very disappointing as we usually are happen with your service. Make sure your designers check the online photo BEFORE arranging.

The delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell to drop off the flowers but instead left them on the step. The size flowers were not what was ordered which was the largest/ premium size. The flowers received were smaller than the small/regular size. I contacted customer service and only got a refund of $10 but did get a re-delivery of flowers. Again, that delivery driver left the flowers on the step and I received the same size flowers - not what was originally ordered.

Ordered 3 dozen roses. Arrived crammed in a vase that was to small, none of the leaves or thorns were removed. Everything died within 2 days.

I ordeered these flowers to be delivered for my daughter's birthday on August 1st. They were delivered the day after I ordered them and they ended up being delivered on Friday July 25th. My daughter and her family were on vacation at the time and traveling. They were left out front on the porch of their house. She got a text thank goodness saying they had been delivered so she had to call a friend to go get them and take them into their house after he got off work. So they sat outside all day long. Needless to say I was very upset about this. I got out my receipt and it clearly states that they were to be delivered on August 1st. It won'tr be August 1st until the day after tomorrow. I called right away when I found this out. Thank goodness you guys are making good on it and will deliver the same bouquet day after tomorrow. You need to have your workers pay closer attention to the orders you get. I'm still upset about it. At least they will be home on August 1st to receive them.

Sadly, I was not happy with the flowers sent. I chose the Florist Designed Bouquet hoping that allows the florist to pick what is fresh. However, when I saw a picture of the flowers that were delivered, I was incredibly disappointed because the flowers looked old and tired. In addition, I selected the Premium option, but the bouquet that was delivered did not look Premium at all. I can't imagine what would have been sent with the lower Regular or Deluxe option. I definitely would not recommend and will not be selecting the Florist Designed Option again and will be looking for other providers.

It was 7:30 pm and birthday flowers had not been delivered. When I called I was told the florist was closed and there was no way of knowing what happened. Unacceptable! Then at 8:42 a received a note they were delivered but florist had not sent a pic. The bday was almost over and flowers did not match pic featured in site.

Flowers were ordered for my sister’s 70th birthday and they were delivered a day late. It was a great disappointment. The flower arrangement was small and did not have a lot of color.

This is the second or third time that I ordered balloons with my flower order and they were never sent. I paid $12.00 and grant it I received a credit but this isn't acceptable. I may need to go elsewhere.

I was very dis’s appointment I always purchase my flowers with you all ,I upgraded my order my floral arrangement had hardly any flowers I have ordered the same arrangement at lower price was full of flowers my arrangement was over $60 and they sent $8 Haven’t received it in my account. If u would see the picture u would understand why I was upset .. I love your flowers but not this time…
