My daughter thought the chocolate covered ladybug strawberries were just okay. They were refrigerated before eaten. I was deeply disappointed with the smiley face flower arrangement. I ordered the deluxe version, but instead she received a subpar arrangement with only 1 yellow rose instead of 3 yellow roses. Too many green leaves, and not enough other flowers!

The first delivery of my last order was unacceptable - dead and dying flowers. They had to be replaced. The replacement was prompt, but it was a bad first impression.

Did not deliver what was expected, Niece loves sunflowers, I ordered an arrangement specialized with sunflowers yet the arrangement was delivered without a single sunflower involved. I don't have the picture my niece sent anymore because it took over a week to get this survey. very disappointed. My father worked at a flower shop for over seven years so I know he did the best he could setting the arrangement up. take pride in your product. I didnt expect something being delivered from Fedex I thought it would have come from a local florest.

Sadly I was not thrilled with the flowers I ordered. I ordered a Premium bouquet for a friend and the picture she sent me with a thank you looked nothing like what I saw on your website… it was so much smaller. I was disappointed to say the least.

The flowers I bought for my sister were on time, but the quality of flowers delivered was not good at all, theres was too many flowers that were already withered, it’s disappointing to spend good money on some flowers and get a low quality product.

The flowere themselves, when they arrived, were lovely. But they were scheduled for delivery Saturday for a birthday. The delivery person left them in front of an industrial-looking wire fence heaven only knows where, not at the correct address. It took three phone calls, email exchanges, sending the photo of the flowers and considerable aggravation before a second arrangement was delivered to the correct address the following Monday.

Very disappointing. I ordered a Be Happy bouquet of yellow and white daisies and roses for a very sick friend in hospital. What I ordered was supposed to include a cheerful yellow vase with a happy smiley face. What she received was a very ordinary looking few daisies in a boring glass vase. See photos. It simply did not match the order. I overpaid for a poor quality bunch of flowers so I most certainly won't be using them again.

The tulips I ordered at $47.00 actually turned out to be tulips and iris at $80 delivered. I'd rather see your costs expressed more openly before I get to all the way to Submit.

I was very disappointed in the communication and the quality of the products. I purchased 2 items was charged 2 delivery fees even though it was the same order,same address to the same person and was delivered together. Due to the late delivery the bouquet of flowers was very wilted due to no water for so long the bulb garden was very dry but looks like it will survive

I’m disappointed in the size of the arrangement. I spent over $70 after discount for my mother-in-law to receive 5 flowers. I purchased the deluxe size and it should have been bigger with more flowers. It’s a rip off.
