Flowers would have lasted better if they had not been left outside in 100 degree heat. Delivery service did not bother to either ring the doorbell or call, but just dropped the flowers off in the driveway.

I received a photo of the bouquet I sent to our friend. It was NOT as full as the picture I saw on your site for the price range we chose. Very disappointing as we usually are happen with your service. Make sure your designers check the online photo BEFORE arranging.

There's some false advertising, what I ordered and what I got had several differences! Definitely irritated won't be using their services again

The delivery person did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell to drop off the flowers but instead left them on the step. The size flowers were not what was ordered which was the largest/ premium size. The flowers received were smaller than the small/regular size. I contacted customer service and only got a refund of $10 but did get a re-delivery of flowers. Again, that delivery driver left the flowers on the step and I received the same size flowers - not what was originally ordered.

Ordered 3 dozen roses. Arrived crammed in a vase that was to small, none of the leaves or thorns were removed. Everything died within 2 days.

I ordeered these flowers to be delivered for my daughter's birthday on August 1st. They were delivered the day after I ordered them and they ended up being delivered on Friday July 25th. My daughter and her family were on vacation at the time and traveling. They were left out front on the porch of their house. She got a text thank goodness saying they had been delivered so she had to call a friend to go get them and take them into their house after he got off work. So they sat outside all day long. Needless to say I was very upset about this. I got out my receipt and it clearly states that they were to be delivered on August 1st. It won'tr be August 1st until the day after tomorrow. I called right away when I found this out. Thank goodness you guys are making good on it and will deliver the same bouquet day after tomorrow. You need to have your workers pay closer attention to the orders you get. I'm still upset about it. At least they will be home on August 1st to receive them.

Sadly, I was not happy with the flowers sent. I chose the Florist Designed Bouquet hoping that allows the florist to pick what is fresh. However, when I saw a picture of the flowers that were delivered, I was incredibly disappointed because the flowers looked old and tired. In addition, I selected the Premium option, but the bouquet that was delivered did not look Premium at all. I can't imagine what would have been sent with the lower Regular or Deluxe option. I definitely would not recommend and will not be selecting the Florist Designed Option again and will be looking for other providers.

It was 7:30 pm and birthday flowers had not been delivered. When I called I was told the florist was closed and there was no way of knowing what happened. Unacceptable! Then at 8:42 a received a note they were delivered but florist had not sent a pic. The bday was almost over and flowers did not match pic featured in site.

Flowers were ordered for my sister’s 70th birthday and they were delivered a day late. It was a great disappointment. The flower arrangement was small and did not have a lot of color.

This is the second or third time that I ordered balloons with my flower order and they were never sent. I paid $12.00 and grant it I received a credit but this isn't acceptable. I may need to go elsewhere.

The recipient of the flowers sent me a photo of them. This arrangement did not look like what was pictured on the website, which was very disappointing. Rather than using large lillies, they used miniature lillies. If the florists you use can't duplicate a simple floral arrangement, I will not want to order from fromyouflowers again.

I ordered flowers over a week in advance, Again, what was delivered only resembled what I ordered in a lesser way. Also, whenever I order flowers, the price seems to change as I progress to placing the order. And the credit offered is a joke, when used it just increases the base price. Not very honest to me. If there was a better alternative, I would use it.

This is the third delivery that was not delivered on time, being an entire day later than it was supposed to be. A previous order was two days late. When I called to ask for a refund, all they could do is refund the delivery fee, or a small percentage of the cost not both this was not a next day delivery order, but was ordered nearly a week in advance, and it was still late

Again I was disappointed in the size and quality of the bouquet. I ordered the premium (largest size) and the bouquet was small and the flowers did not look fresh. Some were actually wilted. I’ve been using Fromyouflowers for years, but my last two experiences have not lived up to expectations.

The review rating is poor because the flowers were delivered very late at the end of the day There is no joy to receive the flowers at the end of one’s birthday I ordered few days earlier to make sure the flowers are delivered on time So naturally I am a very unhappy and disappointed customer

The prices for smaller flowers is unreal. I paid $93 for a peace plant that was an embarrassment to myself and the family I had it delivered too!! Completely over priced! I could have gotten one 4 times the size for less at schnucks! Pictures were completely misleading and enlarged. Far from the truth when plant was delivered! I felt like a fool sending that to a funeral home for a condolence and that I paid that amount of money… Rip Off Big Time!’ I will not order anything else from this company!!

every month I order flowers for my customers. We recently had a horrible delivery by FEDEX to a store in North Crolina. I called to have to arrangement replaced. I wanted to change to a plant as my customer was so disapointed in the floral delivery. I was told I could not change categories. I asked for a supervisor and was told I was speaking to a supervisor level. Hard to believe that a customer who orders over 80 floral arrangements could not be accomodated.
