I’ve had issues with my last two orders And sadly will not be using from you flowers anymore. One of the orders was delivered a day after the promise date even though I paid extra for the delivery. Then this last order was for a death in the family. The flowers were NOTHING like what I ordered there was no card, the flowers were just left at the door with a piece of notebook paper with my aunts name spelled incorrectly, embarrassing. I was refunded $13 of the $60 plus dollars I spent

I ordered flowers for same daydelivery for my sister in law whose father died that morning. The next morning I checked on the delivery because I didn't hear from her and the order hadn't gotten past 'order received ' . I chatted online with an agent who refunded the expedited fee and followed up with the local store. The flowers were delivered Saturday afternoon, but it was very disappointing she did not receive them Friday and if i hadn't followed up I don't know when she would have gotten them.

The flowers were beautiful but I am very upset about the candy as it was very stale and that was a birthday gift. My daughter-in-law was veery upset. So I doubt that I will ever order here again!!!

I ws disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my granddaughter's high school graduation. There were about 60% of the flowers shown in the descriptiob used in her arragement. This is the second disappointent in six months.

I have always used From You Flowers and was pleased. This time however, was very different. They chose to work with a sub standered florist. The flowers looked awful and nothing like the picture online. I was allowed to reorder the same flowers again for my recepient. Again, it was the same thing all over again because they reused the same florist a second time. I will re think using From You Flowers again.

I received an email when I ordered, but never received an email that confirmed delivery. I have no idea if it was in fact delivered, and I don't have the time to telephone the funeral home and have someone look around for it. Your company should provide better customer service.

Wow. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I spent $67 total for a small bouquet. I placed the order on a Sunday to be delivered Monday at a place of business. It’s 3:30pm no delivery. I called and spoke to the nice customer service agent and she said “she would call the delivery company and have them expedite the delivery”. Sounded like a canned response but either way it’s almost 4pm and no delivery. Like what’s the point of you can’t deliver between 12-2pm so they can enjoy the flowers for half of the day on a Monday. Your company is making me look bad and making yourself look bad with late delivery. now I’m worried about the quality of flowers that you’re gonna send. I surely hope you don’t send trash flowers. Will update review soon. Lesson learned

Not too impressed with the quality. I paid over $300.00 for the arrangement and it looked tired and somewhat disheveled. I expected more for the money. And it came from Jewel with a sign/card saying Jewel on it.

The arrangement was much smaller than I thought it would be from the photos. The arrangement was delivered a day later than requested, and showed up 5 minutes after the service started. Overall, needless to say, I'm pretty dissatisfied in From You Flowers.

* Delivered wrong time of day * The flowers delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. * 1:30 pm - called customer service. The gentleman apologized and assured me that the correct arrangement would be delivered the same day, as soon as possible. Great customer service! * 8:30 pm - no flowers - called cs - told that a correction cannot be delivered the same day - that is our policy (repeatedly) - no feeling, no care, no concern. TERRIBLE customer service. * When I was told "same day ASAP", I even said, ok so, I can remove these flowers and the correct ones will be here today for her birthday - Yes, as soon as possible The woman on the second call could not have cared less.

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend so that they could be taken to my boss's retirement party. This order was messed up 3 times, and my boss's never got the arrangement. The first order was sent 2 weeks early and I contacted them and they reported this would be corrected and re-delivered. They then reported they were delivered on the correct date, but they were never received. They then sent another arrangement but it went to my mother and it was the wrong arrangement. I am DONE.

I posted an earlier review but I need to add to it. I neglected to mention that the beautiful basket that was pictured was not presented. Instead my mom on Mother's Day received a basket that looked like a kids toy Easter basket with nowhere near the quality of flowers pictured. I will never order from these people again.

I chose this service because it was indicated that the flowers would arrive to my mom on Mother's Day. Once paid for and confirmed, suddenly it said they would be delivered "5/11-5/12". So of course they didn't arrive until AFTER Mother's Day. This was disappointing and misleading.

The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the flowers that were sent! Sunflowers looked like they were wilted and not fresh and vibrant! Plus the flowers weren't as full as the picture shown! I'm very disappointed as these were for my mother for Mother's Day!!!

I ordered 2 arrangements to be delivered to the same address at the same time. 1. paid for a premium order with a special vase. Received a subpar and much less elegant vase. 2. They charged 2 delivery fees to the same address and same transaction. 3. The second order was a podium order where 10 roses were shown. Received 6 roses and I didn't appear anything like the picture. I agreed for them to replace it. The new one still didn't look like the order and was not the premium bunch I paid for. I'm not sure what they're doing to qualify the florist for quality but never again.

The flowers arrived dry and wilted. Some were broken. The 1 rose was completely detached from stem and already turned brown. Very disappointing.

The flowers I ordered and the flowers they received look nothing alike. I understand that substitutions happen, not it looks like a totally different bouquet, and they didn't even include the sunflowers which were her favorite flower and the entire reason we chose that bouquet. Very disappointing, will never order from them again.
