The flowers were scheduled to be delivered on 10/17/25 my employee's birthday and they were actually delivered the week prior. Not a great expereince.

The flowers I purchased did not look anything like the picture. I also ordered the biggest size and what was sent was not very big at all. I was very upset with my purchase and will not purchase anything from here again. Althoughh the delivery was fast and on time.

I just sent my sister flowers and balloons. Balloons were alright. The flowers were full bloom on arrival the next day leaves were falling and druppy OMG. By the end of the second day most of the flowers were gone. Terrible!!

The flowers I received didn't look at all like the bouquet I selected - either in size or in form. I was very dissappointed and won't order flowers from you again.

The flowers had significantly less than the advertised photo. There were no filler flowers as advertised and less roses as well.

Very disappointed with my order... Looked nothing like I ordered.. I ordered the deluxe arrangement and it was 3 roses 3 carnations and greenry!! I was completely devastated when I saw what was delivered!! I first sent an email and was given 30% refund and I called and spoke to customer service and was given an additional 20%... and was told they would contact the florist who made the arrangement...Your guarantee is 100% satisfaction or a redelivery or a complete refund ?? None ofthat was offered.... ... I also placed another order for next week and fingers crossed this one is better than my first order !!

I ordered a flower/ 3 balloon arrangement for my grand daughter 9th birthday. They only sent two balloons and the flower arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. I was very disappointed and they don't have to worry about me spending anymore of my money there. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I was dissapointed that the flowers basically were delivered in a box and separate from the vase. I was expecting a nice arrangement to be presented to my wife at her workplace for our anniversary. Not a do it yourself propject.

I have no idea when my flowers actaully got there...they did not update the status until well after the event(even tho I paid for morning delivery) And then when they did update the status....they said they were delivered the night before?!?!?! Delivery was to a church, for a funeral....so I still have no idea if they were received. I tried to chat in about it, but it was no help. Disappointing.

I ordered flowers from this website for my mother’s birthday while I was abroad. The delivery was on time, but unfortunately the bouquet looked nothing like the picture on the website. The colors were completely different, the arrangement was not the same, and some flowers that were listed in the description were missing altogether. I was very disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a special gift. I reached out to customer service, and while they offered me a partial refund, the experience left me frustrated. When you order online, you trust that what you see is what you’ll get, and that wasn’t the case here.

I ordered some flowers for my godmother and they arrived when promised however some of the flowers were drperfecry and didn't look healthy. She receivedthem on a Moday and by Wednesday they were all wilted. I called customer service and told them the condidtion of the flowers and they promised to send out another order and they did send more flowers and this time the flowers were perfect. Tank you. Will definitely will order again.

Flowers looked damaged as if they were frozen. Although the delivery was within the time frame promised, I was not given specific information about where my delivery was prior to arrival (was it still at the store, on the truck, etc.)

Upgraded from a small bouquet of flowers to add on 2 Mylar happy birthday balloons, small box of chocolates, and a stuffed teddy bear. The recipient only received the flowers and 1 plain balloon. The price to upgrade is ala carte so to not have the extra gifts added was definitely a let down. I’ve used this company many times and haven’t had this issue before. Maybe just a spot of bad luck.
