This is the third delivery that was not delivered on time, being an entire day later than it was supposed to be. A previous order was two days late.
When I called to ask for a refund, all they could do is refund the delivery fee, or a small percentage of the cost not both this was not a next day delivery order, but was ordered nearly a week in advance, and it was still late
