I ordered flowers over a week in advance, Again, what was delivered only resembled what I ordered in a lesser way. Also, whenever I order flowers, the price seems to change as I progress to placing the order. And the credit offered is a joke, when used it just increases the base price. Not very honest to me. If there was a better alternative, I would use it.

This is the third delivery that was not delivered on time, being an entire day later than it was supposed to be. A previous order was two days late. When I called to ask for a refund, all they could do is refund the delivery fee, or a small percentage of the cost not both this was not a next day delivery order, but was ordered nearly a week in advance, and it was still late

Again I was disappointed in the size and quality of the bouquet. I ordered the premium (largest size) and the bouquet was small and the flowers did not look fresh. Some were actually wilted. I’ve been using Fromyouflowers for years, but my last two experiences have not lived up to expectations.

The review rating is poor because the flowers were delivered very late at the end of the day There is no joy to receive the flowers at the end of one’s birthday I ordered few days earlier to make sure the flowers are delivered on time So naturally I am a very unhappy and disappointed customer

The prices for smaller flowers is unreal. I paid $93 for a peace plant that was an embarrassment to myself and the family I had it delivered too!! Completely over priced! I could have gotten one 4 times the size for less at schnucks! Pictures were completely misleading and enlarged. Far from the truth when plant was delivered! I felt like a fool sending that to a funeral home for a condolence and that I paid that amount of money… Rip Off Big Time!’ I will not order anything else from this company!!

every month I order flowers for my customers. We recently had a horrible delivery by FEDEX to a store in North Crolina. I called to have to arrangement replaced. I wanted to change to a plant as my customer was so disapointed in the floral delivery. I was told I could not change categories. I asked for a supervisor and was told I was speaking to a supervisor level. Hard to believe that a customer who orders over 80 floral arrangements could not be accomodated.

The flowers that were sent were somewhat wiltedand were not sent from a florist but from a grocery store. I went to the grocery store and told how unhappy I was with what they sent and was told that the person who filled the order was just learning how to do the arrangements. Totally unacceptable!! Not sure if I will be using From You Flowers in the future.

The arrangement was not as shown and the sunflowers were not all consistently the same, some were full and bright yellow pedals and others were green and looked dead. The entire arrangement lasted about 3 days. I usually get good results when I order, but this one did not meet those expectations.

I was disappointed that the recipient received a bunch of tulips when I chose the Florist Choice bouquet. I expected more for the $75 dollars that it cost. I have used From You Flowers in the past and the recipients have been please by the flowers. This last bouquet may make me rethink this in the future.

Flower bouquet was beautiful for my friends birthday. The disappointment was the they were delivered before her shop opened and whoever delivered them put them on the ground in front of the store on a busy street and they sat there for almost an hour. Lucky someone didn't steal them! Beyond irritated

I ordered an anniversary arrangement and paid extra to be delivered on our anniversary day to my wife's job. I job a notice after 3pm that it wouldn't be delivered. The notification said they would deliver the next day and they would refund the extra charge. I was highly disappointed as I know she expected flowers on our anniversary day as in the past. She is a cancer survivor and this jester on my part just makes her day. After calling customer service they guaranteed it would be delivered the next day by 5pm. Why not by noon since you missed the entire prior day I paid extra for? Unacceptable. I Most likely won't use your service again.

I’ve had issues with my last two orders And sadly will not be using from you flowers anymore. One of the orders was delivered a day after the promise date even though I paid extra for the delivery. Then this last order was for a death in the family. The flowers were NOTHING like what I ordered there was no card, the flowers were just left at the door with a piece of notebook paper with my aunts name spelled incorrectly, embarrassing. I was refunded $13 of the $60 plus dollars I spent

I ordered flowers for same daydelivery for my sister in law whose father died that morning. The next morning I checked on the delivery because I didn't hear from her and the order hadn't gotten past 'order received ' . I chatted online with an agent who refunded the expedited fee and followed up with the local store. The flowers were delivered Saturday afternoon, but it was very disappointing she did not receive them Friday and if i hadn't followed up I don't know when she would have gotten them.

The flowers were beautiful but I am very upset about the candy as it was very stale and that was a birthday gift. My daughter-in-law was veery upset. So I doubt that I will ever order here again!!!

I ws disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my granddaughter's high school graduation. There were about 60% of the flowers shown in the descriptiob used in her arragement. This is the second disappointent in six months.

I have always used From You Flowers and was pleased. This time however, was very different. They chose to work with a sub standered florist. The flowers looked awful and nothing like the picture online. I was allowed to reorder the same flowers again for my recepient. Again, it was the same thing all over again because they reused the same florist a second time. I will re think using From You Flowers again.

I received an email when I ordered, but never received an email that confirmed delivery. I have no idea if it was in fact delivered, and I don't have the time to telephone the funeral home and have someone look around for it. Your company should provide better customer service.

Wow. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I spent $67 total for a small bouquet. I placed the order on a Sunday to be delivered Monday at a place of business. It’s 3:30pm no delivery. I called and spoke to the nice customer service agent and she said “she would call the delivery company and have them expedite the delivery”. Sounded like a canned response but either way it’s almost 4pm and no delivery. Like what’s the point of you can’t deliver between 12-2pm so they can enjoy the flowers for half of the day on a Monday. Your company is making me look bad and making yourself look bad with late delivery. now I’m worried about the quality of flowers that you’re gonna send. I surely hope you don’t send trash flowers. Will update review soon. Lesson learned

Not too impressed with the quality. I paid over $300.00 for the arrangement and it looked tired and somewhat disheveled. I expected more for the money. And it came from Jewel with a sign/card saying Jewel on it.
