“I ordered these as a gift for my mother. I received the email on delivery day that the flowers had been delivered, but my father said they were not. The customer service rep rescheduled delivery for the next day. When the delivery cutoff time passed and my father said they were still not there, I called again and they spoke to the florist who said they were out for delivery and to give them until 7pm. Called at 7pm and was told they were still delivering and to give them 45 more minutes because she couldn't cancel an order that was showing as "out for delivery". I confirmed with my father the next morning that the flowers never arrived, so I called customer service for a refund. The rep offered a mere 10% discount to allow an extension. I refused and said to cancel and refund. They did follow through on that which is the only thing that made this a 2-star instead of 1.”

“This order made it fine. However, the flowers I ordered for my wife just before I placed this order didn't show up. When I contacted customer service, I chose for them to send next day and upside what I ordered for the inconvenience. Instead, I received an email that my order was canceled and refunded. WOW, that couldn't have gone any worse and she never got flowers for graduating as a Nurse Practitioner. I'm sure I'll never order from you again. Thank you.”

“Ordered flowers for the funeral service. Flowers were never delivered. They refunded the money but I needed the flowers on time and not the money back. Really disappointed in the service. Also when placing the order there were no options to pick delivery time which is problem if you delivery to some places that are not opened all the time such as churches.”

“I used to order via this site with no problems. I’ve used it to deliver to my son’s family in Manhattan and always had good service. Once the wrong thing was sent, and they completely re-did the order no questions asked. The last few times, however, there have been problems with on-time delivery. These problems have been in smaller cities. They have been delaying the delivery, and this time they delayed telling me they delayed the delivery for over 24 hours, too late for me to call a local florist. I ordered on a Friday morning for a Saturday delivery, in enough time not to have to pay an expedited fee. When I got the email it would be late and called the company, “Katie” was sassy and said she’d messaged the florist and I could wait. She said I could call and see if my loved one got the flowers and let THEM know! I told her the purpose of flowers is a SURPRISE, not having to ask if they’re delivered. I said I wanted a refund if they weren’t delivered on Saturday as originally promised. She said I could call back. About 8 hours past when they should have originally been delivered, I got another email saying they were not, and I could have a 10% discount for a Monday delivery or click for a refund. I clicked. I don’t know what happened to this site, but it has turned into unreliable and I won’t use it again for smaller markets, if at all.”

“Flowers delivered 2 days late. Rose pebbles turning brown, 2 roses had mold, & it was necessary to through some flowers had be tossed out. Very disappointed as my grandson sent them from his military base.”

“Attached are pics of what I ordered vs what was received. They did refund me 25%, but I feel like this was a bait and switch tactic. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this site again.”

“The florist that you outsourced my order to picked the correct type of flowers but they were the complete opposite colors of what was pictured and described. I ordered something that was supposed to have yellow lilies and pink roses and my step mother received off white lilies and purple carnations. I paid for a deluxe bouquet and I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.”

“What they advertise online is not what they give you. I ordered their Deluxe flowers with a box of chocolates and got a bouquet that was half the size of what was on their website and a cheap looking bag of chocolate haphazardly tied to the vase. They gave me a full refund, but this is the second time this company has messed up my order. Won’t be using them anymore.”

“What I ordered vs what I got. This has to be the second time I was disappointed in the quality of flowers I ordered from them. I sent in a complaint and all they gave me was a $10 certificate for my next purchase. What is $10 going to do? This bouquet was $70.”

“I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I used them because they were listed on my cap one card for cash back. They were delivered on time, but did not look vibrant like the picture of what I ordered. Not an $80 bouquet of flowers in my opinion. My mother is so sweet, I made her send me a picture because she wouldn’t tell me how they really looked - she said it’s the thought that counts. the box of chocolate was completely melted. I posted a picture of the flowers they are lifeless as you can see. Disappointed!”

“Unfortunately, will NOT use this flower services again. It's (2) strikes with me. First strike- my recipient could not read my message, penmanship was bad...2nd Strike, I ordered from their "Same services" delivery- failed. When a Customer pays more than $20. for flowers delivery service, it's a MUST Delivery! Period. Regardless, hire more people. There's a lot of people in the community that needs work. Most importantly! Ordering flowers someone is very special. AND...the same pictured flowers ordered. I always ask friends &family to take pictures so I can see quantity & quality. Flower delivery services NEED to increase care on Customer service requests.”

“I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and somehow somebody changed my order and something totally different than what I had ordered was delivered not happy whatsoever I don't suggest using them. The one with the white vase was what I ordered the clear vase was what was delivered”
