I’m so dissatisfied with this service. I got some flowers for someone and she never got the message of sympathy I wrote, I also wrote my name, well they wrote my initials for my name and my last name which are my daughter too, so the person assumed it was my daughter that sent them. The advertisement said 35.00 they charged 60.24 😡 I called them so they only returned 9.39 dollars and I couldn’t understand the person 😟
