I ordered colors based on my relatives love for Victorian shabby chic style for my aunt to enjoy in her last moments. The flowers were delivered on time but NOTHING like we paid for! It was like they just came up with a bouquet & were out the door. Our choice had no effect on the bouquet. Not even same color pallet. Very disappointed.
