“I chose this service because it was indicated that the flowers would arrive to my mom on Mother's Day. Once paid for and confirmed, suddenly it said they would be delivered "5/11-5/12". So of course they didn't arrive until AFTER Mother's Day. This was disappointing and misleading.”

“The flowers I ordered looked nothing like the flowers that were sent! Sunflowers looked like they were wilted and not fresh and vibrant! Plus the flowers weren't as full as the picture shown! I'm very disappointed as these were for my mother for Mother's Day!!!”

“I ordered 2 arrangements to be delivered to the same address at the same time. 1. paid for a premium order with a special vase. Received a subpar and much less elegant vase. 2. They charged 2 delivery fees to the same address and same transaction. 3. The second order was a podium order where 10 roses were shown. Received 6 roses and I didn't appear anything like the picture. I agreed for them to replace it. The new one still didn't look like the order and was not the premium bunch I paid for. I'm not sure what they're doing to qualify the florist for quality but never again.”

“The flowers arrived dry and wilted. Some were broken. The 1 rose was completely detached from stem and already turned brown. Very disappointing.”

“The flowers I ordered and the flowers they received look nothing alike. I understand that substitutions happen, not it looks like a totally different bouquet, and they didn't even include the sunflowers which were her favorite flower and the entire reason we chose that bouquet. Very disappointing, will never order from them again.”

“The delivery was fine but the dish garden I ordered was much smaller than I anticipated. The cost was $89 and I feel I didn't get bang for my buck. I looked checked to see if anything alluded to size and I saw nothing. I have seen much bigger dish gardens than this company offers.”

“I ordered 2 dozen roses. Rainbow assortment. What I got was 14 pink white, and red roses, no yellow or lavender as was pictured. And half of those look sad.”

“I should have read the reviews I haven’t learned my lesson I kept ordering hoping for the best. Even if you order days in advance or pay expedited it will show up a day late or end of business especially for Administrative day. This is the 3rd disappointed delivery no more ! Sincerely M.Cordova”

“The flower arrangement arrived and was beautiful. It arrived in a timely manner. However —- I also ordered to with 3 ballon’s and a box of chocolates which did not arrive and did not accompany the flowers as they should have. Awaiting a refund for the undelivered items.”

“ordered flowers to be delivered anytime between 2/12 and 2/14. Received a call on 2/12 that they couldn't make that date but would deliver 2/13. Received a call on 2/13 that they couldn't make that date but would have them on 2/14 , in addition I would receive 10% off ( I haven't seen my card statement so I don't know if that's so). On 2/14 I received a call saying they would now be delivered 2/15, they would upgrade my flowers and give me a $20 gift cert. On 2/15 they told me they would come on Monday 2/17 ( which they did) haven't see a $20 gift certificate and I dont think they upgrade my order.)”

“Because I am abroad, I haven't seen my daughter in a few years but still wanted her birthday to be special - even in my absence; so I searched & found a local flower delivery that is close to her. The online assortments "appeared" visually beautiful; however, what was received was NO WHERE as full, colorful, or engaging to receive as I'd hope for. The ONLY things that were pleasant was the delivery date/time and the "Enclosed Card". (I have attached 3-pictures for review).”

“Read many good reviews for this company but was very disappointed in the flower arrangement that was delivered to my mom on Valentine's Day. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture on website. What a disappointment. The bouquet wasn't full, some of the flowers were missing and substituted mostly with greenery and the rose petal tips was turning brown. I will probably not order from this company again for the amount of money I paid for this arrangement.”

“Price (including a 20% military/veteran discount!) is what first attracted me, so upgrading from the Regular to the Deluxe arrangement, a Medium Box of Chocolates, and a Balloon was an easy upsell, totaling just over $100 after delivery charge and sales tax. What arrived from a regional grocery chain (Dillon's, NOT a florist) looked more like the advertised Regular arrangement! Also, there was NO Medium Box of Chocolates nor a Balloon! To their credit, the delivery person returned directly to the store and soon arrived with both missing items and an apology. Next time I will use 800-FLOWERS or FTD.”

“Lack luster. Where to start. I was truly hoping these were coming via a store in the county. They came boxed and shipped by UPS. Very little gypso. Two of the roses were limped over. Not one of the roses was open. The only thing I did like is that they actually arrived on Valentine’s Day. Yet, their appearance made it a very lackluster gift.”
