“I’ve ordered flowers for a long time. I’ve never been so disappointed. I got the smallest bouquet with like three flowers. Definitely was not what I ordered or paid for. Update: after contacting customer service, they were glad to make it right. I have ordered flowers for many years and will continue to trust the service thanks to the correction of the mishap. Thank you!”

“I have been ordering flowers "from you Flowers" since September the 6th 2026 through September 27th 2026 there is a a glitch in your computer system there is a hiccup on my delivery number is 43 6139 778 I really feel Joy gets an A1A for handling my call perfectly business administrative textbook style she was polite professional everything was taught in college Joy did that my hat goes off for her as your new manager Rena she gets an F3F she was rude unprofessional would not let me speak to a supervisor or a manager she was a bully”

“We have a good experience most times. The last delivery was a day late and the roses were already opened. Not complaining because my sister said they were fine. Just think you should know the arrangement should be fresh. Thank you.”

“I am using flower delivery service from Fromyouflowers since several years. Up until recently I only had positive experience. Flowers were always fresh, beautifully tied and delivered exactly as ordered. At one point I was even getting a photo when the bouquet has been left at the front door. As I always order remotely, that was a big plus for me. So the only reason I am currently unable to give 5 out of 5 was my last experience when the delivery was mistakenly made a day before it was supposed to. Upon a complaint I was refunded the delivery fee, which is of course ridiculous. I too am running my own business and so I understand that we all are people and mistakes sometimes happen. But I would always do I all can try to win customers trust back. Not in this case.”

“I was a little disappointed in the arrangement. It was a little more than I wanted to pay but I really liked it. The lilies in the center never bloomed and they were droopy. I contacted from you flowers and they gave me a discount. No questions and very prompt courteous service.”

“I realized after flowers i ordered from your company for valentines day- never arrived- that utiling a 3rd party vendor was your weakmess. I use your company for birthdays and anniversaries only. You have taught me to always use a local florist for holidays as 3rd party vendors owe you no allegiance to service.”

“I purchased a bouqet of flowers for a birthday gift for my stepmother and had a birthday balloon attached. The flowers were beautiful. My only suggestion is to offer a few choices for balloons. I didnt get a choice and the balloon sent looked like it was for a child with its monster cartoon on it. Not a fan for gifting flowers to an adult. Thanks”

“I have not recieved a complaint from any one I have send flowers too yet! The webite is pretty easy to use. However the website can be misleading when chosing your flower choice. You get all the way to the end for it to tell you , they cannot accommodate your choice.”
