Ordered an arrangement as a gift. Easy ordering and delivery on time. The recipient said they were beautiful but since I didn't see it I only gave 4 stars. I've ordered several times and always had a good experience.

For some unknown reason 3 charges for the same plant appeared on my cc statement. My wife called and talked to several associates and then received an email that we ordered 3 of the same plants and three plants were delivered to the same person on the same day. Now what sense does that make? Why we we order 3 of the same plants to be delivered to the same person? Finally, the charges were removed. This was very unnerving and time consuming to address this issue.

The last flowers I ordered when they were recieved didn't look anything like the picture of what I order. I ordered a basket and it came it a vase. So that was disappointing.

Loved it the first time I used it. Beautiful arrangements. Though firat time delivery person gave to wrong address (garden apartments-understandable) but FYF quickly remedied that. Just ordered 2 weeks ago and flowers that were delivered were not any where near what I ordered. Flowers that were delivered were only OK. I must say I was a bit embarrassed by that. The recipient, my sick friend, had to put the flowers in a vase of her own due to what flowers were delivered in. I'm going to give it one more try.

There was supposed to be a Happy Birthday balloon with the bouquet. It was my grandaughter’s 16th birthday, so the balloon was important.

Thanks for delivering the beautiful Birthday Flower arrangement that we ordered for Ms. Mary M. Mercer, she realy liked them and made her birthday celebration special. I was a bit disappointed because the arrangment she received didn't have any tulips as shown in the picture and in the description. All in all it was very nice. Thank you. Kent and Irma Ownbey.

I have had several exceptional experiences with Fromyouflowers in the past. The final delivery item was also exceptional this time. The communication however, was not. If tracking the item on the day of delivery is going to be offered then it needs to be accurate. I attempted to look online only for it to not even show that it was out for delivery the day of delivery. When I entered the chat to inquire I feel the reply was short and uninformative. I was told " we will let you know when it is delivered." That did not reassure me that it was actually out for delivery that day. OF course it ended up being left in plain view on the porch. Lucilky the arrangement was not compromised. This item was for my mother's 87th birthday.

We are in England but always use from you flowers as we have relatives in America. Delivery is always on time and on the special day. We will keep using them. Have used others with flowers going all over the place. 9

Althought the arrangement was pretty it was nothing like the picture. I realize substitutions need to be made at times but the feel of he arrangement was completly different. We ordered a Contempory arrangement and was sent a very nice but traditional flower arrangement

The first ordered delivered was horrible with 4 roses and 2 lilies. This was a $98 purchase. Your customer service acted quickly and had a 2nd arrangement delivered within a day. This was much nicer but did not look anything like the photo on my order.

The flowers were beautiful and arrived early in the day, which was very nice for the recipient. She loved them. We were both surprised they arrived via UPS, but they were in perfect shape and she was thrilled. The free shipping benefit is amazing!, and I received discounts off my next purchase. I plan on using fromyouflowers again, for sure.
