I purchased a bouqet of flowers for a birthday gift for my stepmother and had a birthday balloon attached. The flowers were beautiful. My only suggestion is to offer a few choices for balloons. I didnt get a choice and the balloon sent looked like it was for a child with its monster cartoon on it. Not a fan for gifting flowers to an adult. Thanks

I have not recieved a complaint from any one I have send flowers too yet! The webite is pretty easy to use. However the website can be misleading when chosing your flower choice. You get all the way to the end for it to tell you , they cannot accommodate your choice.

Options to 'Design your own' might be a fun option. Often we know a favorite color or favorite flower of our employee and would be nice to deliver something specific to them.

I liked what I ordered, but I feel like the 1 basket was like the one in the picture. And the other one was pretty much like the pic. My order was suposed to to be delivered on Frida, but it came a couple of days later. I was not happy because I wanted my daugher to get her basket on Easter. Anyway, I contacted customer service and they were very apolegitic so customer service is 5 stars. All in all, I don't think next time I will be ordered candy baskets from here, only flowers. My other daughter's flowers that I ordered for her were beautiful.

The flower plant was delivered as schedule (which is greatly appreciated), however, after seeeing the plant the price was a tad to high, otherwise all was great.

Ordering is easy. Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. However, for the price, I thought the size would have been bigger. I ordered the middle size and I thought based on the picture the bouquet would have been bigger.

Ordered an arrangement as a gift. Easy ordering and delivery on time. The recipient said they were beautiful but since I didn't see it I only gave 4 stars. I've ordered several times and always had a good experience.

For some unknown reason 3 charges for the same plant appeared on my cc statement. My wife called and talked to several associates and then received an email that we ordered 3 of the same plants and three plants were delivered to the same person on the same day. Now what sense does that make? Why we we order 3 of the same plants to be delivered to the same person? Finally, the charges were removed. This was very unnerving and time consuming to address this issue.

The last flowers I ordered when they were recieved didn't look anything like the picture of what I order. I ordered a basket and it came it a vase. So that was disappointing.

Loved it the first time I used it. Beautiful arrangements. Though firat time delivery person gave to wrong address (garden apartments-understandable) but FYF quickly remedied that. Just ordered 2 weeks ago and flowers that were delivered were not any where near what I ordered. Flowers that were delivered were only OK. I must say I was a bit embarrassed by that. The recipient, my sick friend, had to put the flowers in a vase of her own due to what flowers were delivered in. I'm going to give it one more try.
