I cannot say the same for this current order which I had chosen due to the choice of color and particular flowers in the arrangement.
I received a photo from the recipient when she thanked me for the flowers and my disappointment was immense. There was no similarity between the depicted arrangement and the one received. No future credit can take the place of a missed moment of beauty.”

“The delivery was on time, the price not bad - but the arrangement was shoved into a vase that was too small - so the arrangement looked very bad - like flowers were just shoved together. This defeats the whole purpose of getting a fuller arrangement. I was disappointed.”
“I ordered two arrangements for my brothers funeral. The first arrangement was beautiful and on time the second arrangement would not arrive to funeral home on time so we cancelled it. They were both due to arrive on same day but did not so I was very upset at the passing of my brother and upset that the flowers my family members and I ordered would not get there in time. Then the funeral calls to let us know they were delivered after we cancelled them, all I can say is I’m so very disappointed in the whole flower mishap and it only added to our grief . Did not have difficulty ordering on line. Very convenient.
The quality of the flowers were decent. For the price paid, I was expecting more flowers.
The patriotic ribbon was large and took up most of the arrangement.
The personalized banner was made nicely amd the handwritten note was a nice touch.
