During the last year I regularly ordered different type of flowers for my wife. Most deliveries came on time and flowers had always been fresh. The price with all the additional charges has always been pretty high but the good flowers combined with the easy selection from a great website and the ok delivery was still an attractive. My last order had been roses and it was a desaster. The roses came from Kentucky to Michigan by plane. This was delayed and further transportation as well Thus I received roses in a totally overheated carton without a drop of water around 1,5 days delayed. They must have been in the plane and UPS truck in the heat for 2 days total. For the first time the flowers had been really ugly. After 2 more days I had to discard the flowers. Very expensive pack of frustration. At least it should be visible that these flowers are coming from no local source and the should be transported with some fluid. I will never order roses here again. All other prior deliveries had been expensive but good.

The flowers I picked were not what was delivered. Our team paid $100 for these flowers and it was a little disappointing. It was supposed to have succulents included but I don’t see any. The photo with white background is what I paid for but we got the photo with no succulent!

Re: Mother’s Day gift to Alia Gelshenen.. I was disappointed with the candle size-so small compared to online photo where it looked as wide as plant. Not wild about cardboard container either but that was in the description. My Florida friend liked the flowers but i dudnt ask for a photo.

Although I appreciate the convience of being able to send flowers to my friends that live in a different towns, I don’t appreciate being charged 2 delivary fees. My flowers were almost cheaper than delivary.

I ordered one thing and the person I sent it to received something different still beautiful, but not what I ordered… if you’re going to substitute, you should say on your site that you substitute flowers… I added a picture below what I ordered and what my recipient received.

It's really expensive for what it is. I get that y'all send coupon codes and discounts a bunch, but I tried to contact your chatbot/CS team w/ how to apply the $16 credit I had and not only was it not helpful, but y'all said you'd give me a call and didn't. I feel like I lost out on $16 and overpaid for a fine set of flowers. Otherwise, delivery timing was good.

I ordered flowers for my daughter and the ones you guys deliver was not what I pay for, that made me unhappy. The flowers didn’t look fresh on the colors or fade.

Sent a succulent arrangement to my best friend in Texas for her housewarming. It was beautiful, however it looked more like the standard pot and arrangement verses the premium arrangement that I had paid for. It was also delivered very late in the day past the 6pm stated time for next day delivery that I also paid for. So for the value over $100, it was a bit less than what I expected. However, my friend was still happy which makes me glad. I just expected more for that price.

Customer service was perfect in changing the delivery address. But unfortunately the bouquet looked nothing like the advertised photo. It looked like it was just thrown together anyhow. Nothing arranged or shaped at all. Its a pity for that high price.

Received a photo of the flowers we sent, Serenity in Bloom. Other than the vase our order did not look like the picture. Very disappointed. Not sure which florist this came from in PA. but I would question FromyouFlowers continue business with them??? I am a frequent customer for the past years but now I plan to find a local florist is the area & do business with them. I regret that I deleted the picture that I could have sent.

The reason I am only giving three stars is because what I ordered was not avaialble and needed to be switched out and because I also had to pay a $15 delivery fee on both items even though they were getting delivered to same address at the same time. Flowers were pretty though.

I earned reward credits after some Valentine's Day gifting. Decided to treat myself to a pretty bouquet. The arrangement arrived on time, but was nothing like the advertised product, either in size or color pallette. Very glad I did not pay full price! I will not be ordering from this company again. I emailed customer support shortly after receiving my arrangement and expressed my disappointment. Never got a reply but, after reading other reviews, it's apparent that many people aren't getting what they ordered when compared to the advertised product.

The arrangement in picture did not reflect what was delivered. Upon selecting the premium tier it was expected that arrangement should have been fuller. The arrangement looked liked it was quickly put together without full arrangement of flowers. Happy delivered on time since I Made extra for early delivery.

I was not thrilled with the quality of the flowers. They did not look full like the photo on the website. Much less greenery, less flowers and the white roses only lasted 2 days. I’ve ordered from you 3 times - disappointed in this one.
