Customer service was perfect in changing the delivery address. But unfortunately the bouquet looked nothing like the advertised photo. It looked like it was just thrown together anyhow. Nothing arranged or shaped at all. Its a pity for that high price.

Received a photo of the flowers we sent, Serenity in Bloom. Other than the vase our order did not look like the picture. Very disappointed. Not sure which florist this came from in PA. but I would question FromyouFlowers continue business with them??? I am a frequent customer for the past years but now I plan to find a local florist is the area & do business with them. I regret that I deleted the picture that I could have sent.

The reason I am only giving three stars is because what I ordered was not avaialble and needed to be switched out and because I also had to pay a $15 delivery fee on both items even though they were getting delivered to same address at the same time. Flowers were pretty though.

I earned reward credits after some Valentine's Day gifting. Decided to treat myself to a pretty bouquet. The arrangement arrived on time, but was nothing like the advertised product, either in size or color pallette. Very glad I did not pay full price! I will not be ordering from this company again. I emailed customer support shortly after receiving my arrangement and expressed my disappointment. Never got a reply but, after reading other reviews, it's apparent that many people aren't getting what they ordered when compared to the advertised product.

I did not like that the flowers was delivered that late in the day. It was very frustrating and I had ordered in advance because I didn't think I would have made it to the store

The arrangement in picture did not reflect what was delivered. Upon selecting the premium tier it was expected that arrangement should have been fuller. The arrangement looked liked it was quickly put together without full arrangement of flowers. Happy delivered on time since I Made extra for early delivery.

I was not thrilled with the quality of the flowers. They did not look full like the photo on the website. Much less greenery, less flowers and the white roses only lasted 2 days. I’ve ordered from you 3 times - disappointed in this one.

I believe what is ordered should be delivered. If a problem exists, the sender should be notified. See pictures of what was received from what was delivered.

I have ordered from this store before and have been satisfied. This past order was not as pictured. Should have been mostly yellow flowers instead of so much white and more greens and less flowers to fill in the gaps. Not happy.

The Wreaths were delivered on time, and they were beautiful. the only down fall was that I ordered sashes for both wreaths with special wording, and neither one came with one

The recipient said arrangement was lovely. However it did not resemble what I chose and I was disappointed in the volume of stems. Would prefer smaller container so arrangement doesn't look so sparse.

My aunt was happy with the flowers, she said they were beautiful. I was not happy with the delivery as the flowers were left by the back door of the condo building (fortunately inside,) with no notification to recipient that there was a delivery. Other flower deliveries made that same day, to the same address, were delivered to the recipient's door. The product was good, the follow through was not.

I’ve used you before and been pleased. This was not the best experience. First, I paid for a balloon that was not received. Second, I ordered the largest version offered for the bouquet I chose but it was definitely on the small side. The flowers themselves and arrangement were fine, but the overall size (and no balloon) was definitely a let down.

The flowers looked absolutely nothing like the photo. They were still pretty and my mom loved them, but it's false advertising when you think you're ordering a bright pink and yellow boquet and get a white and pink boquet. None of the same flowers were the same or anything... ?
