The receiver had no idea who sent the delivery because there was no card with it. Also, I never received notice the the arrangement was delivered. I will rethink sending anything through this company again.

Easy to order and delivery was as committed to. HOWEVER, do realize that the florist may not supply exactly to the image on the website - BUT what was received was VASTLY different. Saving grace was that the recipient was excited and happy to receive.

Delivery was much later than it was suggested by the website site, and there was no delivery notification as it was suggested by the website as well , I am very disappointed

They offered me a $15 credit toward any purchase (over a certain dollar amount) which I thought was a good deal. The flowers were $55 with the discount. No mention of the shipping cost that we're finally revealed at checkout ...after they had all my credit card info and address. There was a $15 delivery fee, a $3 "same day delivery" fee (I ordered the day before) and a $5 expedite fee to guarantee delivery by noon of the next day. The flowers arrived 1:30pm, so we had to cancel our lunch reservations. Turned out to be an unexpected, expensive anniversary. I learned not to fall for specials. The $55 flowers turned out to be $80+ ...and a cancelled, romantic lunch. Buyer beware!!! BTW, the flowers were beautiful and my wife loved them.

Love the convenience of ordering online. It's a nice suprise for the recipient. But it is so OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. $80 plus for a bouquet I could pick up for $30 or $40. And all of the online shops offer credits, discounts and it never seems to even make a dent.

The almost $70 orchids I bought online for my mother’s birthday looked big and gorgeous in the photo but when arrived, were very small, not what I was expecting, especially at the price. Also, tracking said it would arrive from 9-3:15 PM but arrived closer to 5PM. I’m usually very happy with my flower purchase but h the is time was disappointing.

I am giving 3 stars because the arrangement was nice it did not resemble the one that I chose. Except for the balloon. I wonder why I spent my time searching for the one I thought would be what my recipient would love the most and in the end she didn't get even a resemblance.

I had to call to complain that the flowers had not been delivered on the day they were scheduled for. The online chat person said they would investigate. They got delivered after that padt 7PM. They person I sent the flowers to said the roses had brown on the petals. I won't use this company next time I send flowers.

The last order was perfect. I ordered the sunflowers this time and they looked nothing like the image as there was no greenery accompanying the Sunflowers which looked very good after opening but the vase just looked a little lacking without the greenery as in the picture.

I was disappointed that the flowers weren't very fresh and started wilting the day after they were delivered. Also, they could have come with flower food. For the price, I don't think they were worth it.

I ordered the premium selection of which my daughter received, but it was all yellow and not in the mixed fall colors as described. I was a little disappointed as although it was still nice in apperance, it was definitely not what I ordered and did not pop as I had wanted it too. I would suggest that if you post a picture on your website , then the arrangement should at least have the colors you are indicating. My daughter loved it anyway, so it was a win.

I didn't like the vase the flowers came in. The vase squished the flowers too tightly together and didn't display that nicely. Was a bit disappointed. It didn't really look like the picture.

They were supposed to be delivered next day. I get an email that they were delivered I checked with the recipient and no they weren’t. It took 3 phone calls and I tried to just get my money back but they kept telling me to wait and they were resending them. Yes they were finally delivered but it ruined the surprise because I had to tell the recipient they were coming so they could check if they were delivered.
