The delivery was on time, the price not bad - but the arrangement was shoved into a vase that was too small - so the arrangement looked very bad - like flowers were just shoved together. This defeats the whole purpose of getting a fuller arrangement. I was disappointed.

I ordered two arrangements for my brothers funeral. The first arrangement was beautiful and on time the second arrangement would not arrive to funeral home on time so we cancelled it. They were both due to arrive on same day but did not so I was very upset at the passing of my brother and upset that the flowers my family members and I ordered would not get there in time. Then the funeral calls to let us know they were delivered after we cancelled them, all I can say is I’m so very disappointed in the whole flower mishap and it only added to our grief . I will not be ordering from you again

Flowers presented Pretty, Vase not at all as Pictured. Very disappointed. The company should find a Florist that can deliver exactly what you’re looking at on website. Most likely I won’t be using this company again. Always seems to be something wrong.

While the flowers I sent my daughter were beautiful, the substitution was nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I would have appreciated someone letting me know the flowers I ordered were not available. I ordered them several days ahead of time and would have selected something else.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, so I had to call several times to customer service to straighten the order. Instead of Saturday order was delivered only on Monday.

Ordered flowers for my uncle's wake. Flowers were delivered on time. Did not have difficulty ordering on line. Very convenient. The quality of the flowers were decent. For the price paid, I was expecting more flowers. The patriotic ribbon was large and took up most of the arrangement. The personalized banner was made nicely amd the handwritten note was a nice touch. Overall a nice simple arrangement.

I wish they would send you a photo of your purchase. With all the delivery fees a $54 arrangements becomes $75. I suggest going to HEB & delivering it yourself.

3 stars for arriving on time, which I should hope so (considering there's a mandatory $14.99 delivery fee) on top of another $2.99 fee for a specific day. The roses were ok but nothing like the advertised pictured.

They were pretty, yet the arrangement was smaller than I anticipated. I felt like I was offered this discount, but it all factored back in to the end cost. Cute arrangement, but I expected a little more.

Was glad they were received same day. They made me use deluxe size but don't feel they were that many flowers in arrangement. But same day and it made her happy

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering flowers. I ordered flowers for my aunt who is in Livia rehab in East Hanover. I ordered on Friday expecting them to be delivered on Saturday when they weren’t delivered on Saturday I called them and they said that they were having a problem and that they would be delivered first thing on Monday, unfortunately they were not delivered on Monday either. On Tuesday on 1 o’clock at 1 o’clock I called them and she said that they were having a problem farming out my order. They do not make the flowers there because their prices are so low none of the other flower shops want to take their business. I ended up canceling the order and expecting a full . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Only order from this place if you don't care if the person/place receives the exact flowers you picked or if they don't need to be there by a certain time.
