The flowers were reasonably priced at $38, and delivered to my friend on the requested day, but the carnations and daisies looked wilted. I felt embarrassed.

I have been very happy in the past with my orders from your company. This time I was not. I sent flowers to my brother and sister in law to thank them for a nice visit. I decided to send them flowers and took a long time picking out the right bouquet. When she sent me a picture of what she received I was disappointed. They did not look like what I ordered.

The mix of flowers were nice. They only lasted pretty for one day. Picking the upgraded flowers wasn’t as large/nice as I expected.

Flowers were pretty when delivered, but began wilting within a few days, even though they were placed in water as soon as they were delivered.

i am not too happy w/ tis company-- im not sure why when i place an order - it is never the same or nice looking like the picture i order from- This last order i placed to Judith Grimaldo- the bow was upside down & it looked smaller than the one i placed- thank you

I ordered and paid for a deluxe arrangement in a vase. This is nothing like what I ordered. It is smaller,has less flowers, and not of the same kind shown in arrangement. I received some money refunded , however this has happened too many times and so i am over ordering any more flowers from them.

These flowers were beautiful but the vase was not what was ordered. This order (from the UK) was for an 11-year old girl who has spent a night in pain in hospital. The order was for a yellow mug with a happy face on it - not a glass vase. I was very disappointed.

I have used your service a few tiimes and what I do not like about this current order is that you couldn not tell me why the order was not delivered when it was scheduled and as of today I have received no notification from the recepient so I am just hoping that you delivered to the correct address

I have been ordering flowers from this company for awhile now and I was disappointed that my daughter received her 30th birthday flowers NOT on the delivery date which was on her birthday but a couple of days before. Never had this problem before until this time…

Considering it's still 3 weeks to a month before they are Even Delivered(!!??!!??!!;) ..You A.I. or Your Company are total dip sh_ts!! The Last Time I used You (last Mar of '25), You failed totally!!!!!....had to waste my time calling and waiting for somebody who spoke English to explain the problem....the flowers were NOT what we had ordered AND they were left in 100° weather in Arizona outside,not a doorbell or a knock!! ....you are on my last nerve,start treating the customer like they are your neighbor for decades!!!!!

I have ordered many times from this website and the recipients have been thrilled, sending photos of the lovely arrangements. I cannot say the same for this current order which I had chosen due to the choice of color and particular flowers in the arrangement. I received a photo from the recipient when she thanked me for the flowers and my disappointment was immense. There was no similarity between the depicted arrangement and the one received. No future credit can take the place of a missed moment of beauty.

The delivery was on time, the price not bad - but the arrangement was shoved into a vase that was too small - so the arrangement looked very bad - like flowers were just shoved together. This defeats the whole purpose of getting a fuller arrangement. I was disappointed.

I ordered two arrangements for my brothers funeral. The first arrangement was beautiful and on time the second arrangement would not arrive to funeral home on time so we cancelled it. They were both due to arrive on same day but did not so I was very upset at the passing of my brother and upset that the flowers my family members and I ordered would not get there in time. Then the funeral calls to let us know they were delivered after we cancelled them, all I can say is I’m so very disappointed in the whole flower mishap and it only added to our grief . I will not be ordering from you again

Flowers presented Pretty, Vase not at all as Pictured. Very disappointed. The company should find a Florist that can deliver exactly what you’re looking at on website. Most likely I won’t be using this company again. Always seems to be something wrong.
