Arrangement was nice. However, arrived late (6PM) was to arrive before noon. Also, arrangement was smaller than ordered. Customer service promptly refunded me substational percentage of my total cost. Pleased with the follow up.

Flowers are gone. Lasted about a week. D My wife and I agreed that they did not look fresh. However she was pleased with the surprise.

The arrangement that was made was not anything like the one I selected. It was supposed to be a centerpiece but was instead tall & in a weird shape.

The flowers I picked & the flowers that were delivered look nothing alike. I understand that are limits to making a flower arrangement look the sames as a picture but the color ; type of flowers were different. Although she was happy to receive a birthday arrangement

The good: The order was received when expected and the gift was appreciated. The not-so-good: I was offered a promotional credit (from a previous transaction). I used the link in the email, but did not receive the credit discount. I chose the product because I really liked the vase (which was substituted for another less attractive vase). I also felt like a bait and switch tactic was used. EVERY product I looked at was ONLY available at the premium price (in the delivery zip code). I ended up spending twice as much as I had planned, but have learned my lesson. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not be using Fromyouflowers again.

The flowers I ordered were nothing like what was delivered. I ordered a taste of autumn which should have hues or orange and yellow. My mother received a red rose and pink arangement. So not impressed, nor extremely happy.

Pretty good but with raspberry in the name I expected more deep red but the upgraded to largest sized arrangement contained a bunch of cheap looking brown and orangey and peachy carnations which vastly changed the look of the arrangement from the original photo so I was a little disappointed.

The flowers were reasonably priced at $38, and delivered to my friend on the requested day, but the carnations and daisies looked wilted. I felt embarrassed.

I have been very happy in the past with my orders from your company. This time I was not. I sent flowers to my brother and sister in law to thank them for a nice visit. I decided to send them flowers and took a long time picking out the right bouquet. When she sent me a picture of what she received I was disappointed. They did not look like what I ordered.

The mix of flowers were nice. They only lasted pretty for one day. Picking the upgraded flowers wasn’t as large/nice as I expected.

I ordered and paid for a deluxe arrangement in a vase. This is nothing like what I ordered. It is smaller,has less flowers, and not of the same kind shown in arrangement. I received some money refunded , however this has happened too many times and so i am over ordering any more flowers from them.
