I made a scheduled order on the 6th of May to arrive on the 9th before Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive on the scheduled date and was only delivered on the 13th of May. To be honest, the flower bouquet that arrived did not reflect the price charged (around 100 AUD). The quality and presentation were quite disappointing for the amount paid. I also reached out to customer service regarding both the late delivery and the quality of the bouquet, but I did not feel that my concerns were properly addressed or resolved. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the order was meant for Mother’s Day.

If you are buying flowers, I suggest you DO NOT use this company. I thought I had contacted a florist shop but is was actually an online store. After pitiful customer service and being lied to on more than one occasion, my mum never received her flowers on Mothers Day. They refused to refund my money and offered a store credit. I said why would I want a store credit when you couldn’t even deliver my initial order. I have learnt my lesson and will always go through a shop with a street address. Feel free to share.

Ordered Mother's Day flowers and paid extra to be delivered specifically on Mother's Day. The next morning I get an email, sorry we didn't deliver the flowers, we'll deliver them in two days. Are you kidding me??? FromYouFlowers completely destroyed Mother's Day. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered $340 worth flowers, 3 sets and they looked nothing like the photos! I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. They tried to offer me $52 refund lol This business needs to be shut down for false advertising!!

I ordered some flowers for my mom back in March for her birthday, and they were never delivered on the day I asked. Then I ordered some for Mother’s Day and got the deluxe flowers for Mother’s Day and the flowers that got delivered weren’t fully watered and they were practically dying, then the chocolates that came with the order had been expired for a whole year! Never again will I order from them, spending almost 200 dollars just for my mom to experience this type of gift is not acceptable.

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day, and agreed to a delivery the Friday before Mother's Day. No delivery was made, and I spent an hour on chat trying to determine what was happening with my flower order. The agent said that the delivery was scheduled. Saturday, no delivery by 6 PM, so I called this time. I spoke to an agent who said that it would be delivered on Sunday. By now, I am a bit jaded and don't think I can trust them, so I canceled the order. No flowers for my 98-year-old Mom this year.

Found FYF online and their prices were really good. I ordered 'one dozen rainbow roses'. They were delivered today and were only orange and pink and maybe 1 white one and they were wilted.

I send flowers to my sister for her birthday and the bouquet looked nothing like the picture. There was added and way too much greenery, it was lob sided, it was throw together and so messy. I have made a complaint on their web page. I asked for a replacement of the flowers and was given a small $8 refund, this is a joke!

I ordered flowers from From You Flowers to be delivered to my wife at her work for our 25th wedding anniversary. This was a really important day for us and I trusted them to do something simple but meaningful. The flowers were never delivered. They marked the order as “delivered,” but my wife never received anything. When I contacted customer service, all I got was the same copied response over and over saying the flowers were delivered, with no proof, no explanation, and no real effort to figure out what actually happened. Instead of fixing it or taking responsibility, they kept offering me a small percentage off my “next order” — first 10 percent, then 20 percent, then 30 percent. That is useless when they completely failed to deliver the order that actually mattered. After getting the runaround and realizing nothing was going to show up, I finally just asked for a refund. I never got flowers, never got a real answer, and had to fight just to not pay for something that was never delivered. This was not just a minor mistake. They ruined a milestone occasion that cannot be repeated, and the way they handled it made it even worse. When I looked up other reviews, I saw that a lot of people have had similar problems with this company. I would not recommend From You Flowers to anyone, especially for important events.

I sent an Easter Lily ($74.00) and it arrived at my daughters house with no blooms and furthermore, the unopened blooms never opened. Thankfully they said they will refund my money.

Flowers did not arrive at all even though I spoke with several people throughout the day. Would never recommend, would never use again and they are not reliable and not trustworthy. Do not use this business. They disappoint.

Both arrangements were very small and not impressive at all! I paid extra for the Premium and that $ went out the window? One order got delivered on the wrong day when no one was home and left out by the street? I got a response that the correct flowers would be delivered but that never happened either? Overall a very disappointing experience with your company. I would like a professional arrangement be delivered to both parties as what was delivered was embarrassing. Scott Evans

I have not received any customer service from this company. My order was not delivered in the date I chose. The person receiving them was going away. Returned and they were dead on the doorstep. I requested a refund and have not got one. I keep being hung up on when I call. The online chat says they will get back to me but don’t. I have also sent an email. What do I need to do. This is a joke.

I sent 3 different plants/flowers recently And was disappointed in the quality of the bouquet that was sent to the Brodhead, WI address. $70 for delivery of a disappointing choice of flowers. Will not be using your service again. I can do better by choosing flowers at the grocery store and delivering them myself which I most likely will do in the future. The other two purchases that day were fine.

Casket floral spray was never delivered to mortuary as stated by Fromyouflowers (3rd party) and did not deliver proof of delivery as promised (photo) by representatives. After much discussion (language barriers), over period of several days, agreed to refund payment. This is unforgiveable!

I ordered expedited delivery two days prior. The flowers arrived sometime after 3:30PM when they should have been delivered by noon. Even more disappointing, I ordered the Deluxe Special Moments and my partner received something less than the regular.
