Completely botched order, wrong color roses, wrong amount of roses, only 24, instead of the 36 ordered, but only 23 survived the trip, due to the box being too small, even for the 24 sent. The box being too small was also responsible for breaking the large glass vase & only by the grace of God was my beautiful wife uninjured. Also ordered a large red heart helium filled balloon with I Love you printed on the sides, instead my poor wife pulled a very small red heart tied to a stick with nothing printed on either side, one attached photo will show the disappointment upon her beautiful face, even the pic of the poor teddy bear shows a frown upon his face. Due to all these blunders I am requesting a full refund. I have ordered from you on many occasions & thankfully this is a total rarity, so I will order from your company again in the future, Thank you for your time and help in resolving this issue, please see attached photos.

I ordered my mother a mother's day/70th birthday arrangement with same day delivery. It was not delivered, I asked for my same day delivery fee refunded which they agreed. Was supposed to be delivered next day, I got an email stating my arrangement was not available and they would replace with a similar one. I asked for a full refund, they never replied. My credit card was charged. Been trying to get in touch with them, no replies. Do not order from this place.

Very disappointed as the flowers ordered were nothing like the flowers received. Flowers ordered were supposed to be a smaller end table bouquet with a variety of beautiful flowers. What was sent was nothing like what was ordered.

Horrible! Don’t use this co. They did not deliver the funeral flower display I ordered on time. Even though I ordered it two days before and paid for next day delivery. Also paid for early delivery and a card. We found it in the lobby after the service. It was 1/2 the size they promised, there was no card only a tiny slip of paper in a tiny envelope. My name on the outside of the 2” envelope. Terrible, tacky, disappointing. I called them several times well before the service. I came 1:30 min before the service to accept the flowers. You flowers would not give me the number or name of the local florist. I would have gone to get the flowers myself. They kept saying the local Florist would not answer the phone. What kind of florists do they contract! I will never do this again. I’ll call a local florist myself. And look at the local florist reviews. Place the order over the phone, making sure of the size and quality of the flowers.

I was embarrassed when I received the picture of what they delivered. It looked nothing like the picture on their website. Nothing. It was supposed to have a succulent, and it did not. It was 90% greens with very few flowers. They offered me 10%, and when I sent them a picture, they offered me 20%. They should have fully refunded me for the pathetic product they should have been ashamed to deliver or resent the arrangement I ordered at no cost from a better florist. Don't use them - the arrangement will not even resemble what you ordered.

I was not happy at all with the flowers that were delivered. The arrangement we received looked nothing like what I ordered and what was shown on the website (Pristine Pink Bamboo Bouquet vesrion Premium). The base was different — I had ordered a bamboo base and what showed up was a tiny glass vase. The flowers themselves were not the same either, neither in quantity nor in quality. Honestly, it was a pretty sad and unattractive bouquet. Not even close to what was advertised — and on top of that, I had ordered the premium version. Very disappointed with what my daughter received to celebrate her graduation. BIG FAIL!

Absolutely terrible experience. Paid for same day delivery, the flowers never arrived, and there was zero communication or correspondence from the florist at all. Money was taken immediately but customer service was non existent when trying to get answers. Really disappointed and honestly shocked at how poorly this was handled. Buyer beware — I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Would not recommend.

Very dissapointed from this site. I ordered my mom some flowers 💐 for mothers day I picked medium arrangement with a balloon that said Happy Mother's day. Then called the same day to let them know I needed to change the date bc my mom left out of town. Gave them my address. I was told was okay no problem. Only that they would take it the day after mothers day. Which was okay bc she would be back that day. Not only they didnt take it to my address they ended up delivering it to my mom address. Thankfully my niece was there and received it. But the order was not what I asked. I picked pink and white flowers and a medium size order. They send flowers that were damaged. I called 3 times that week because I was promised a large flower arrangement for my mother due to the inconvenience and the flowers being damage. Since I paid 65$ plus on this order. The flowers never made it. On the pictures you can see the flowers damaged and you can see the ticket that says they was going to deliver new flowesbdue to the inconvenience. But never made it and always lied to me. They lost a good customer.

The order I placed with this company was delivered a day late, was very underwhelming in size and presentation AND all the flowers were dead in 5 days. I frequently order flowers for corporate gifts and, for a comparable price, this was poor quality, presentation and size. I sent photos to the company the day after they arrived and they said the bouquet was "in line with their quality standards". They won't provide a refund, only a store credit for half the value of my expenditure, which is basically useless as what they provided is below acceptable standard in every respect. Save yourself the money and headaches, buy flowers from a local, trusted supplier, don't use From You Flowers.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers, to be delivered on the day (Mum lives rurally - thought this company would be perfect since they offered delivery). I called the service line, antsy, on the 10th around 3pm to see when they will be arriving a lady in an obvious Indian call centre assured they were gonna be delivered before 8pm that day. Flowers came on the 14th, 3pm. I ordered a large bouquet - $140 worth of baby pink roses, baby’s breath bouquet (the name of the bouquet was new baby girl) what was inside the box was bright yellow sunflowers (3 stems) and orange gerbras (2 stems). The bouquet was smaller than my hand!? Called India again (the customer service line) where a man advised that my order was subject to a ‘substitution’ and told me to email through my concerns and photos of the order (which I did). Haven’t heard back from them since.. Please don’t make the mistake of supporting this scam business

I ordered on a Friday for get well flowers. Tuesday came around and they were still telling me to expect delays! I paid for expedited ordering too! I didn't need the flowers after the person was better. I canceled. Do not.....do not..order from this company! Support local, order from grocery flowers, support instacart. Anything is 100% better than dealing with this.

ZERO STARS I ORDERED THE ANGELIC SERENITY SYMPATHY BOUQUET. 1. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED SAME DAY 2. THEY SENT A SPRING BOUQUET W/O ANGEL STATUE THAT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED. AGAIN THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE SYMPATHY/FUNERAL. 3. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS COMMUNICATING W THIS COMPANY, ONLY FOR EMPTY PROMISES OF NEW DELIVERY, AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED. ***SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Terrible! Bought flowers for Mothers Day Sunday. They arrived the following Friday after some delay and then spent three days in a dry cardboard box to get from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Dead on arrival! Complained that, after buying the expensive 'unforgettable' option but was just offered a $20 store credit. Never again for me and recommend you get flowers somewhere else.

I made a scheduled order on the 6th of May to arrive on the 9th before Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive on the scheduled date and was only delivered on the 13th of May. To be honest, the flower bouquet that arrived did not reflect the price charged (around 100 AUD). The quality and presentation were quite disappointing for the amount paid. I also reached out to customer service regarding both the late delivery and the quality of the bouquet, but I did not feel that my concerns were properly addressed or resolved. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the order was meant for Mother’s Day.

If you are buying flowers, I suggest you DO NOT use this company. I thought I had contacted a florist shop but is was actually an online store. After pitiful customer service and being lied to on more than one occasion, my mum never received her flowers on Mothers Day. They refused to refund my money and offered a store credit. I said why would I want a store credit when you couldn’t even deliver my initial order. I have learnt my lesson and will always go through a shop with a street address. Feel free to share.
