I ordered the Premium bright and Sunny birthday bundle! The flowers came broken and they look like they were dying. I called put in a complaint they resent another order which looked a little bit more alive but again it was not what I ordered! The website shows beautiful full arrangements and what was sent was pathetic! I called twice put formal complaints in and finally was issued a full refund! You cannot advertise beautiful full arrangements and send garbage that is false advertisement!

Horrible horrible horrible in every way. I ordered flowers once again from From You Flowers thinking things were different. Paid extra to have the flowers guaranteed to be delivered to my fiances job by noon as she got off at 3. Well, low and behold at 2pm I notice it's still not delivered. No call, no email, no customer care reaching out to inform me about the delay. So I call at 2pm as well they say the delivery is in route. Come 3pm no delivery still and my fiance is leaving work, so it won't be possible to receive the delivery I paid extra to be delivered by noon. I call and they say they'll now have it delivered to my house. That deletes the whole damn purpose. I could have gone to the store bought flowers for half the price and had them waiting at home. No partial refund, nothing. They say it'll be at my house by 6pm. It went from delivery to her job by noon to now it'll be 6pm at my house. I asked to have the florist company's name so I could review them but they won't give that info out because it's such a big secret because they know they have crappy companies working with them and if people knew who the companies were they'd be showing up to the store front itself. I'm extremely disappointed and I will be leaving this on all review platforms. Awful.

Hi!, good afternoon. I ordered a floral arrangement, and they delivered a completely different one than the one I ordered. The order numbers also don't match. I'd like a refund or to return the original arrangement I ordered. Thank you.

Order delivered was not what was ordered. Vase orders was milk color.. received clear vase. No indication of a company order as left on ground of porch looking like arrangement made at home. No professional look. Not pleased at all! Do not plan on ordering from your business again!

My sister-in-law was in the hospital and I sent flowers which were not delivered until 6 o’clock at night. She was ready to go home by the time they got there. The arrangement did not look anything like what I ordered. I paid $74 and could’ve gotten the same arrangement at Kroger for $35. I will never use them again.

Fail ! Twice what i ordered was not at all what showed up . Twice i was do embarrassed . once they gave me a measly credit back that did not even cover the new vase i had to buy or my time , the second time i ordered a deluxe halloween arrangement and a smaller sub par junk was sent . After i made a real big deal they issued full refund but it is not the money . 2 embarrassing fails . Do not expect what you ordered to be what is delivered.

The worst decision to buy from them. I made 2 orders of identical flower bouquets for an event and they arrived completely different. I called to make my claim. They told me they would send me another one identical to the one I had and that it would arrive on time for my event. However, it arrived when everything was over and it was completely different. In the end, neither one was the same as the one in the photo that I ordered. They are not at all RESPONSIBLE and they do not meet the delivery schedule.

The flowers were nothing like what I ordered! I was so mad that my sister received crappy flowers on her birthday! I should get a full refund, that is how terrible they were as you will see in the pictures!

Placed an order on October 3rd for a delivery date of October 8th, The flowers were never delivered (I was told they didn’t have a florist in the area that could deliver on the 8th) offered to deliver on the 9th ???? I had already had an issue with a previous order and I reminded them numerous of this order! I requested a refund which I will hopefully receive..This was supposed to be a surprise for a 60th wedding anniversary!!! So extremely disappointed… You really need to try and do better…

Thought this florist was a local one only to learn they are in Connecticut and we are in Florida. They use a local florist and should be more careful on who they use. I was embarrassed when my friend sent me a photo of what she received even though she said they were pretty. Nothing like picture I ordered. Looked like someone just grabbed a bunch of same flowers and shoved in vase, not arranged. Awful and a waste of money!

By far the most aggravating experience ever, and the last time I will ever use this company. I ordered flowers this morning for same day delivery only for the recipient of them to not receive them until now only because I talked with someone online and then over the phone. I understand that this was an issue stemming from the florist not answering the company's calls, but I was told on the phone that they would then arrive tomorrow instead but the bouquet would be upgraded. Not even 10 minutes later the recipient of the flowers receives a call that they are now on their way and the company had no clue and at that point wasn't helpful. Very frustrating- save your money.

If I could give From you Flowers a zero, I would. Not only did you not deliver same day flowers with your "extra fee", you then sent a photo of someone else's name and address as proof of delivery. HIGHLY UNPROFESSONAL and quite dangerous during the times we live in. Does anyone want their personal information sent to strangers?! I would 100% NOT do business with FROM YOU FLOWERS again, and I highly suggest if you don't want to be disappointed OR have your information frivolously sent to strangers that you do not use them either. The manager wouldn't even comply with trying to set this straight and correcting things. RUDE. I will be putting this review all OVER the internet. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Twice in a row now I've been severely disappointed with the arrangements. Ordering flowers online with any company is a crapshoot as you never know what you'll get but with this company it can be expected. They'll offer you 25% refund which is also unacceptable, I want what I ordered, not crappy substitutes. I would recommend just buying flowers in person these days.
