Terrible. 1st they advertise FREE RELIABLE DELIVERY No surprises at checkout. We deliver with care, on time. I ordered Wednesday lunch time. Delivery was Friday afternoon at a cost of $20. 2nd I ordered the 12 Dazzling Gerberas. What I got was a bunch of tired looking roses with a sprig of baby's breath. Very embarrassing! 3rd. I contacted them to let them know I was unhappy and CRICKETS not even an acknowledgement. Would give negative stars if I could, do not bother with this company! Pics uploaded to show what I ordered -v- what I got.

TERRIBLE service! My mom has been sick in the hospital and I ordered flowers FOUR days ago, including paying for expedited service. It is now four days later and they STILL have not been sent out for delivery despite me sending multiple consecutive emails to the company. Not only did they assure me it would be sent out today, they keep making promises that it will be delivered and still nothing has been sent. They are extremely unprofessional and the lack of effort in upholding their services is astonishing and unacceptable. I absolutely will never use their services again and to everyone else - STAY AWAY if you want timely flower delivery. At this rate, my mom will probably be discharged from the hospital before the flowers ever get to her...

Terrible customer service. After a death in the family, I received a package with no order number and no card and no identification as to who sent it. I reached out to fromyouflowers.com to ask so that I could thank the sender. I gave them my address and the UPS tracking number as well as the return address on the package. They could not tell me who purchased the gift of food. I have no way to thank the sender. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered sympathy flowers. I upgraded my order and they sent out a small arrangement not the upgraded arrangement. They said that they would resend out the upgraded bouquet but never did. Plus they never gave me back the full upgraded amount of money that I spent. Finally they just stopped answering my emails. I wasn't satisfied with the arrangement, or their reimbursement and communication. Don't bother using them if you serious occasions when the bouquet really matters.

I ordered same day delivery for my friends birthday flowers and they didn't deliver them, I called to ask why it hasn't been delivered and the lady on the phone faked that she couldn't hear me and hung up on me, so I called again and she again lied and said she sent an email out saying courier issues which again is untrue as no email was sent to me, they also have my phone number, which they didn't call to tell me of any issues. Ruined my friends birthday surprise.

I would like to put 0, but I cannot. Awful delivery. Been trying to ship an order for ONE FCK WEEK. Was speaking to Financial Dep-t, to Supervisor for a couple of times. Was assured that it will be delivered the same day. It wasn't for the first day, it wasn't for the second day. On the third day it was updated, that delivered. Guess what notification I received after 3 DAYS? - Yes, it HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. Awful service, unprofessional company, would never recommend anyone to order anything there. The order was for a birthday.

1 star only cause no 0. Useless site, I ordered flowers to be delivered on day of funeral these guys delivered it the day after. I called numerous times to get status, they kept telling me they had proof of delivery and will send it. I wanted hours and called multiple times. I kept calling the funeral homeas well, they confirmed the flowers just got delivered. I called these folks back and the agent said yea we just delivered it and I have proof without paying attention that it was after delivery date. Anyway, he proceeded to offer my 20% refund, I told him I was recording him and that if he doesn't return my money I will filea claim. Then he said ok 50% as if it was my fault they didn't deliver on the day off.when he realized I wasn't joking,he agreed to full refund. Its been days, i still dont have my money in my account yet. Avoid these people, they are not good.

I am so disappointed in your service. I ordered two different bouquets and paid for them. They were supposed to be delivered together that day to my cousin at Western Arizona Medical Hospital in BullsHead, Arizona. They were not. One WAS delivered that day, apparently the other one was delivered the next day, BUT not to my cousin’s room until the next day. And… one bouquet’s card was correct, the second card did not have what I asked to have, even though the sales person read it back to me correctly. It was all very frustrating.

I did not receive the flowers that I ordered. My daughter received yellow, White and Rose flowers. I ordered just White and Rose colored flowers. The vase was also wrong color as well as the bowl Plus the chocolates that where suppose to come with the order did not show up. The card was empty. My daughter did not know who the flowers where from. I email customer service the next day after Saint Valentines day and have yet to hear from them.

flowers were not as promised and looked very cheap, the customer servce was awful when i called and asked for an estimated delivery time when the flowers said they "arrived" at one but werent delivered till 5pm.

I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday. I paid for a Premium Cotton Candy bouquet. The bouquet was delivered on time, however, I definitely do not see that the photo of the bouquet on the website looks anything like the bouquet that was delivered. Although my mom liked it ( she would never say otherwise) I am very disappointed. I will not purchase fromyouflowers.com again.

Very bad experience. I ordered for valentines day and surprisingly the recipient has still not received the flowers. we called to follow up the day after valentine and we were told by a call rep that our order did not even exist. After several emails and messages , our order was marked to be delivered on 16th Feb 2026. i received an email saying the flowers have been delivered only to call the recipient and she had not received any package . Not even a call. I have made countless efforts to find out the whereabouts of my flowers and if it will still be delivered . I keep getting the same feedback . "We will reach out once we are able to contact the local florist". This has been a very bad and disappointing experience. Bad customer experience. I wish i could give zero stars.

The flowers I sent arrived on time but looked nothing like the picture of the bouquet I ordered. There were lots of flower buds but only a couple open flowers and 3 days later, the buds still have not opened. I called to complain. I was told a new, more accurate bouquet would be sent the next day. No replacement bouquet arrived. I called to complain again. Another replacement bouquet was to be sent the next day. That obe never showed up either. I called again to complain. Supposedly another bouquet is to be sent by a different florist. I advised that if this replacement bouquet did not arrive or arrived again not looking like the online picture that I wanted my money back. This has been an embarrassing and frustrating experience!

Terrible company. Flowers arrived at 9 pm on Valentine's day. I paid for twenty tulips, which were half dead and sagging inside of a box. An embarrassing gift. I called to complain and their customer service agent offered a twenty percent refund. Yet they only refunded my account ten percent of the price. Very dishonest company with incompetent distributors. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAD COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

My boyfriend ordered me Valentine’s Day flowers and he spent $97 for flowers that doesn’t look anything like the picture he saw online. The company spelled my name incorrectly and they delivered to the wrong address after he had gone in to change the address the night before Valentine’s Day. I understand him changing the address was kind of last minute but it still was changed and we were told that it would get delivered to the updated address. I feel like he wasted his money and could have gotten way more for this money somewhere else. Also they did not give him an option to pick the color of my vase. So the shop chose purple and I hate purple, the shop also chose purple flowers and I hate purple flowers as well. Also the chocolate was dark chocolate. I hate dark chocolate but he said it didn’t give him a choice to choose the type of chocolate. He assumed it was milk chocolate. It would have been nice to give the buyers an option especially because the price is so steep. I hope he never orders from this place again. Such a disappointment

Ordered a bouquet for valentines whilst I’m working away, valued over $85, consisting of roses, carnations and some greenery. What my wife received was 90% greenery, 2 roses and 6 carnations with a note that looked like it was written by a child including crossed out errors. In their defence they gave me a full refund but highly disappointing when a thoughtful gesture ends up looking like it was stolen from someone’s compost pile. I’ve included what it should have been vs what my wife received, honestly their suppliers must be a mess!

Well this isn’t much of a story because I cannot believe I paid $70 for the worst bouquet of flowers I have ever seen. Every flower had major flaws, weak stems and multi color dye stained on white leaves of the lily’s. My wife already saw them and chuckled at the lack of love shown in this bouquet. Everyone is much better off going to the nearest quick mart and grabbing the cheapest bouquet of flowers for $6.99 and getting 3x the flowers and 10x value. Not happy at all and will never use this service again

One and done for me I entrusted them to send a Valentine’s arrangement to my wife. Nothing worse then seeing the disappointment on your wife’s face when she received wilted frozen flowers, Sticking with local florists from now on.

The arrangement did not come in the vase that was pictured. Several flowers were broken off when the arrangement was delivered. There were no full size roses , just spray roses mini carnations and some alstromeria ...very little greenery. the flower stems were cut so short that everything was just jammed in together making the arrangement look a lot smaller . There was no water in the vase. Some of the roses were brown around the edges and flopped over and some of the greenery was white so they looked like they would be dead by tomorrow and Valentine's Day is 5 days away. . From you Flowers insists on using a florist thats right down the street even though they've been told that they do a poor job and that the designer obviously doesn't have the experience, The place used to be good l back lin the day but it's not now. With the amount that we pay for delivery they should be able to use any florist in the County and have and have something nice.iIt's kind of disappointing when somebody gets an arrangement and it's a big flop. Font use FromyouFlowers online. Use someone.local that you know is trustworthy and does good work. Unfortunately I couldnt because I'm disabled and had a recent accident causing several.injuries . I should've saved my money...Could have had someone get better Flowers from a local grocery store...they were for my 96 yr old Mom who's not doing too good.
