“My granddaughter did not receive the flowers
I spent 12 hours trying to leave msgs
Sending text and on line with the chat line
There is no way to reach a real person
I tried x 12 hours ! People would call me leave msgs with no real number to call them back and the numbers they left brought you back to the animated system with no way to speak to anyone the next day I canceled the order for refund, with in 2 minutes a real person did call back offering me a $10. Coupon. I missed my granddaughters birthday so that didn’t do much good I will not use Avas flowers again”
“My recent order has been a complete disappointment. The initial order were absolutely nothing like the pictures. The flowers look depressed. A Temu version is you will. When I reached out to customer service they were very helpful but stated they would follow up with me with dates to redeliver. They never followed up and instead just sent the order out. The recipient is out of town. So once again another disappointment will be received.”
“I received a call yesterday that said my flowers would not arrive on time. I had picked one of the available delivery dates for a friend who just had surgery. The guy said they would be at least 5 days late. This is unacceptable. He did not offer any other options, like a discount or to send something different that would arrive on time. Disappointed!”

“The arrangement I ordered for the birth of my great-grandaugter was the most disappointing item on display with all of the other floral arrangements she received. I was toitally embarrased. I will never use this company again and will warn everyone I know as well. The yellow roses, which are my favorites, were nothing but miniature buds found in grocery stores and were pathetic looking. This company doesn't even deserve the one star.”

“I ordered and paid for next day and get an email next day they can’t delivery. Than tell me will deliver following day before noon. Than changes to by end of day and than sorry they won’t delivery until next day! Patient was already home by than. Terrible. Will never use this service again!”
