i was actually disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of the bouquet I had sent. There were few flowers and they were closed tightly. I was actually embarrassed. I doubt I'll order again from your site.

I tried again and it was even worse than the first time. 90$ for a bouquet that was half the size from what was advertised and the roses were wilt by day 3?! Can’t recommend and won’t order again after two disappointing experiences.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday the day before her actual birthday and shipping said it would arrive the next day by 3pm. At around 2pm seen my tracking update for rescheduled for next day. My wife’s birthday is today not the next day ruined my wife’s surprise. I’m sure you ladies can understand

I’ve ordered flowers several times and was very happy before. But this time I ordered a large bouquet of sunflowers especially chosen to honor a passing of a dear relative, these were her favorites we received a bouquet of roses.

The flowers I ordered and paid extra for were terrible. There were hardly any flowers, as most of the arrangement was greenery. Furthermore, they arrived a day late and I had to open a customer service ticket to find this out- probably never would have delivered them if I wouldn’t have reached out. Terrible company- will never order from them again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – DO NOT USE FROMYOUFLOWERS If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a $200 standing spray for a dear friend’s funeral service. The flowers were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home before the service. I checked on the order multiple times—three times Friday, four times today—and each time I was assured the flowers would arrive on time. At 6:15 pm tonight, less than 24 hours before the funeral, I was told the florist never delivered them. To make matters worse, I was informed the florist is closed on Sundays and the “best they could do” is deliver to my friend’s home on TUESDAY. A standing spray meant for a funeral home is completely inappropriate for home delivery. This is beyond unacceptable. Not only did they take my money and fail to deliver, but they also caused additional stress during a time of grief. A funeral is a one-time event—you cannot just “deliver later.” Their false assurances, lack of accountability, and inability to resolve the situation are appalling. FromYouFlowers is unreliable, unprofessional, and downright heartless. If you are considering ordering flowers for an important life event, especially something as sacred as a funeral, look elsewhere. This company cannot be trusted with life’s most meaningful moments.

🚫 Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do Not Trust This Company 🚫 I ordered flowers from this website to be delivered to my wife who is currently in the hospital. I paid extra for same-day delivery, thinking this would be the fastest and most reliable way to surprise her during a very difficult time. Unfortunately, the flowers never arrived that day. When I called that evening, the representative assured me the order would be delivered before 11am the following morning. Once again, nothing showed up. I called back a second time, and they promised delivery before 5pm that day. And guess what? Still nothing. At this point, I had wasted two entire days waiting and calling, stressing over something that should have been simple. Instead of making things right, the company kept making empty promises until I had no choice but to cancel the order altogether. This is not just poor service — it’s completely unacceptable. They failed to deliver on every promise, wasted my time, and caused unnecessary frustration while my wife is in the hospital. A flower delivery service should provide reliability, care, and professionalism, especially when people are ordering for meaningful occasions. This company did the exact opposite. If you value your time, your money, and the special moments you’re trying to celebrate or support, do yourself a favor and avoid this business entirely. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and in my experience, completely untrustworthy.

Shipped a mini yellow rose plant in a makeshift box that was poorly constructed. The box arrived crushed and all the yellow roses were gone and the plant was crushed. I sent pictures of the box and plant, expecting them to send a replacement. Instead, they gave me a small refund. Very poor customer service. No understanding that sentiment doesn't have a price.

I spent $85 on flowers that arrived half dead and didn't look like the arrangement ordered. I feel very cheated and will never order from them again. I was so embarrassed when I saw the cheap flowers they sent.

Actually disgusting how poorly my order went. Ordered flowers to be delivered on 8/11 and they were delivered to the wrong address. Customer service didn’t believe me and I asked for them to send me a picture of the confirmed delivery, which I didn’t receive. I called back a 1/2 hour later to ask for the email again and it was finally sent to me, and it was NOT my mom’s house. I was guaranteed that they would be delivered on 8/12, and given a refund of the same-day delivery fee and 20% off. I heard nothing from them on 8/12 and no flowers were delivered. I called to complain today 8/13 and was told that the florist refused to redeliver as they believed they had the right address, which they didn’t. I was offered an additional 10% off and redelivery today, but the whole situation was so poorly handled that I requested a full refund. In addition, when I looked at the flowers that were delivered, they looked nothing like what I ordered - very disappointing size and quantity of flowers for the price paid. Buyer beware - this company is scamming people.

Never gets delivered on time even when I pay for expedited delivery. Ruins the special occasion every time. Giving a refund of 30% does nothing for the missed delivery. Terrible customer service as well. I’ve tried multiple times to use this company. Never again.

Horrible customer service! Didn’t deliver what I ordered, even after I paid for early/ faster delivery. They didn’t inform me they couldn’t make the arrangement or deliver it until after I called them to ask where the delivery was. By then it was hours late. Terrible, terrible customer service. They could have called and asked me to pick something else that morning but they did nothing at all.

From You Flowers Je review is in behandeling.Toon meer James Bond 0 reviews NL Worst experience possible I ordered a nice bouquet with my usual Paypal account. They claimed I was randomly selected for a validation procedure. I called them from Europe, gave all the information and eventually told me I could make a new order. Same thing happened. It turns out, their system does not accept Paypal if not connected to a bank account. Spent 2.5 hours calling from Europe before finding that out. 200 dollars in phone costs, no flowers. I asked them if they would compensate for making me call for so long because of THEIR misinformation and for refusing payment for odd reasons. But no, they couldn't do anything. So they refuse your money, demand you call them, give you wrong information and then when this costs you they will do nothing. Really worst customer experience I have had in years.

Please do not trust them... The flowers were never sent out for delivery for a loved one's funeral service. The order was placed early to arrive one day prior to prevent issues... I am very disappointed in a FTD flower business who's one job, and a very important job, is to fill floral orders...and they failed.. Funerals are not a "do over"... P B D

Terrible company!!!! Do not do business with these people I placed a order for my mom a couple days in advance pay the extra money to have it delivered on time and she never got her package and only refunded me the $5 what a joke

Received flowers as a gift. They arrived I believe a day late and were smashed and browning. I sent photos and was told the purchaser needed to report. I didn’t want the sender to know what they sent wasn’t fresh. Why was that necessary. Despite multiple attempts, they did nothing. Don’t waste your money with them. There are plenty of other good flower services
