“I recently ordered the Lush Lavender Bouquet – Deluxe version, expecting six roses as described. I specifically chose the Deluxe option over the regular one because I wanted more roses, but the bouquet we received only had two roses. This was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations based on the product description.
While the bouquet itself was beautifully arranged, it did not reflect the value of the Deluxe price — it looked more like the Regular version. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have never experienced this kind of issue before.
I kindly request a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe and Regular bouquets. Thank you for looking into this matter.

“I'm very disappointed in my most recent interaction with Fromyouflowers. After years of using this service to send flowers to a loved one who is out of town from me, I received an email in which they informed me that they suddenly could not manage to find a local florist that they could work with to accomodate my order. Please note that as I previously stated, I have used this site multiple times a year, for multiple years, to this very same city and delivery address, most recently just this past Valentine's Day of 2025. Yet now, it was disclosed to me that it was no longer possible to make deliveries to this particular address and I would have to choose an alternative zip code in order to procede.
Well, because the address for my loved one has not changed, I had to find an alternative floral delivery service to carry out my order. I will be eliminating Fromyouflowers from my list of business dealings and blocking them from contacting me with their emails, as they are now useless to me.”

“I have never been so disappointed with a purchase. Since when is the client expected to assemble a purchased flower arrangement? A box containing flowers and chocolate-covered strawberries was left on the porch in 100-degree weather. By the time my elderly aunt realized the box was out there, the contents spoiled. “The anniversay bouquet I ordered for my wife was delivered after 6:00 pm. When I opened it I was dismayed that it only came with the roses and none of the other fowers that were promised in the description. The roses were already wilting and were dead around the edges. I threw them out today as they were withered incuding the leaves.”

“After reading the great reviews, I decided to give it a try. I was notified by the recipient of this flowers that instead of 15 stems of tulips, they only delivered 14 and they died within 2 to 3 days.”
“I have used this flower several times with pretty good success. Unfortunately not this time. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my cousins funeral, only to be notified days after the funeral that the flowers were never delivered. Another time a I had sent flowers to my mother, they were delivered to the wrong house and when the person that had received them tried to contact the company to tell them they had delivered incorrectly and needed to come and pick up the flowers so that they could be delivered properly, it was ignored. Finally a few days later using the information on the card they tracked down my mother and delivered them to her themselves and explained what happened, tht they had been delivered to their house by mistake. Clearly in both situations I wasn't pleased. Only in this recent case was I refunded the charges. I am going to really think hard before using them for flowers again if this is the outcome I can expect.”
“Sorry but I cannot recommend you because I offered a lovely bouquet yesterday for delivery today in the morning. I paid extra for the morning delivery an my bill was close to $95. As of this time the flowers still have not been delivered an now I am skeptical of the arrangement will even be up to the money I spent. I am very disappointed ☹️”

“If I could give no stars I would, I paid extra for my same day delievery and then on top of that expidited delievery within 4 hours which would of been delivery by 11am, at 3pm I noticed it was not delievered so I called and then they told me that the local flower shop could not make it. How come I did not get a call prior to me calling to let me know. They then told me that they could deliever it tomorrow. I told them that was fine... Well saturday comes and I get a missed call that they could not deliever on saturday either.... I ended up getting my order on Monday afternoon, not the first delivery as they mentioned.”

“Ordered flowers for 16th birthday to be delivered day of birthday! Contacted that flowers would not be delivered that day but would definitely go the next day. Next day notification that flowers would not be delivered again. Finally third day, after calling to see what the issue was, flowers were delivered. Not what I had ordered however! Don't advertise same day delivery and then 3 days later have the flowers delivered!!!! Don't trust them to do as advertised! Won't make same mistake again!!!!!!”

There is no way to reach a real person
I tried x 12 hours ! People would call me leave msgs with no real number to call them back and the numbers they left brought you back to the animated system with no way to speak to anyone the next day I canceled the order for refund, with in 2 minutes a real person did call back offering me a $10. Coupon. I missed my granddaughters birthday so that didn’t do much good I will not use Avas flowers again”
