The delivery was fine but I responded to an email that promised free delivery for life when I placed this order. That was a lie. I did not receive free delivery for life like promised in the email. What a hoax

The worst. They didn’t deliver flowers and attempted to blame the recipient, even though, they didn’t even call them. No apologies, no follow up. Birthday surprise is ruined.

I ordered these to be delivered last Friday. When I saw the delivery date was today I called to cancel. I was told it was to late to cancel so I told my mother I had ordered but they were going to be a week late. I received the tracking number and it said cancelled. Now I have to tell her they aren't coming at all. Either way was fine but you should tell me how it's going to be and stick to it!

The flowers were not what I ordered! For the money I paid. There were old, wilted and an embrassment to me that I would send this to anyone. I have been a loyal customer for many years and now wondering if I will continue to use this unreliable service

This last order has never been delivered. I received a notice that damage had been noted and then that it had been reurned to sender. I have been expecting to hear from you! If not, you will hear from me!

I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on my anniversary which happened to be on a Sunday. I paid extra for the Sunday delivery. Sunday I got an email saying they wouldn't be delivered but they would deliver them on Monday. They refunded my extra pay for Sunday delivery. I told them that wouldn't do. My anniversary was Sunday, NOT Monday. I had to contact them again and they did give me a full refund however, DON'T promise a delivery on a certain day and then back out ON that day. I will find a different flower delivery service.

This company made me look very bad. Today is my daughters birthday and the did not deliver the flowers. They want to deliver them tomorrow and that's not what I paid for. I am very disappointed. They offered to give me half of the money back and still deliver the flowers and I told them no so they canceled the whole thing completely. But tomorrow is too late. And whenever use this company again and I tell everyone out there to please be careful with them. Let's see if it's true that my money is going to be back in my bank in 1-3 business days. Unprofessional, false advertising scammers! Horrible service! And I don't know what type of people answer their phones, but I can't even understand their English. 😡

An absolute disaster! I special ordered tulips. The UPS delivery driver jammed them in an Amazon Locker lying down. They were there for five hours. The box was mangled and wrapped in packing tape. When I got the order home, there was no water in the vase because it had leaked out and the flowers were either dead or dying. There was absolutely nothing they could do about it, but this is unbelievably unacceptable. The company has one job and they failed miserably. I will never use them again if I could give them fewer than one star I would.

These were the worst flowers that I have ever ordered. I ordered two dozen flowers. One dozen never opened. The second dozen only lasted a few days after they slowly and incompletely opened. My wife was not very happy.

I have order twice from this site and have had bad delivery experience both times. I paid for expedited service for delivery before noon. Both times they failed to make the delivery on time. When you call to get service you end up with a third world call center who aren’t much help other than to confirm that the flowers will be delivered but can’t provide assurance of delivery time. This will be the last time I use FromYouFlowers.com

The flowers that were delivered bore no resemblance to that which had been selected from your catalog. Further, the accompanying card that I created which was to accompany the flowers, was not delivered. The flowers and card were for my daughter whose husband had just paased away, and would hopefully have provided some measure of compassion for her. Instead the flowers were unattractive, and she had no idea who had sent them.

Ordered sympathy flowers paid extra for next day and early delivery they never arrived. When I called looking for flowers they just refunded me like 11$. Unexceptionable bad service. Would never use them again.

I arranged 5 days ahead of time to have an orchid plant delivered to my son ans his wife for their anniversary. They didn't receive it on the date specified. I wrote to you, and today (2 days after the delivery was supposed to be), I got a phone call saying that it turns out your florist in the area is closed, and an attempt is being made to find another florist sometime who can deliver today. It seems to me that you should be able to determine as soon as you send an order to the florist that they have closed, and to make alternate arrangements in plenty of time for a delivery scheduled for 5 days later. I am extremely disappointed, and will probably look for another delivery service next time I want to send flowers.

The Fields of Gold mason jar bouquet I received was awful. Hardly any flowers and what flowers were there were droopy or dead. Vase was filled with green leaves which were also half dead and the water in the jar was murky which tells me the bouquet was also made several days earlier. I understand that they farm out orders to local florists but they need to use reputable ones. Customer service was as bad as the flowers! DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

I recently ordered the Lush Lavender Bouquet – Deluxe version, expecting six roses as described. I specifically chose the Deluxe option over the regular one because I wanted more roses, but the bouquet we received only had two roses. This was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations based on the product description. While the bouquet itself was beautifully arranged, it did not reflect the value of the Deluxe price — it looked more like the Regular version. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have never experienced this kind of issue before. I kindly request a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe and Regular bouquets.
