“I ordered and paid for next day and get an email next day they can’t delivery. Than tell me will deliver following day before noon. Than changes to by end of day and than sorry they won’t delivery until next day! Patient was already home by than. Terrible. Will never use this service again!”

“The experience was a total nightmare the delivery was not done on time and my friend left the hospital without the arrangement. They offered me a 30% refund and an upgraded arrangement to be delivered next day at their home address and nothing was delivered. I called them again and got offered the same to be delivered the next following day I got tired of it and had to argue to get a full refund. Our surprise got totally ruined worse service ever!”
“Ordered flowers for a funeral and received an email saying they were delivered. I was at funeral next day and funeral home did not receive flowers. Makes me wonder how many times this happens and sender doesn't know. Flowers never showed.”

“Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Flowers showed up half dead and within two days they were all the way dead. Called customer service and they offered a 10% refund but nothing could be done about the flowers. I complained on Social Media and received a call from a supervisor. The supervisor offered another 10% discount and offered to send back up flowers. The day after the back up flowers were supposed to arrive I called to ask for a tracking number. I was informed that the arrangement was no longer available. After more fussing and complaining another supervisor contacted me and offered a next day delivery. Still no flowers or someone calling to tell me about it. I had to call back and was told they did not have a local flouriest that could deliver. No one ever reached out to tell me of the problems. I had to go to social media and complain before getting a response.”
“Several things went wrong with my order. Placing it at 9:30 am on a Friday and paying an additional $2.99 for same day delivery. I was notified at 5:15, that evening that my order would ship on Saturday, with a $3.19 Refund. Then at 2:40pm on Saturday, I got another email saying it would not ship until TUESDAY. This would now be 5 days from when I placed my order. Upon Arrival the flowers were not even a third of the size shown, and I chose the larger bouquet for more money. This order was $65.00 and it looked like a $25.00 arrangement. Their Final Compensation was 30% off and an apology. I will not be using them ever again. Do not make the same mistake I did.”

I placed an order for flowers, and they were never delivered. The bouquet was meant for a special occasion, and instead of joy, it brought nothing but frustration and disappointment.
I contacted customer service multiple times and received no helpful response—no explanation, no solution, and definitely no apology. After waiting far too long, I had no choice but to cancel the order and request a full refund.
This level of negligence and lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this service. Never again!”
“I paid for Saturday delivery for my Anniversary. Flowers sat for 3 days in storage; finally arrived Tuesday (late). The flowers sat in a box for 3 days with no water.
The chocolate turned white (rotted) in the box.
The only thing that survived was the Bear!
