Sorry but I cannot recommend you because I offered a lovely bouquet yesterday for delivery today in the morning. I paid extra for the morning delivery an my bill was close to $95. As of this time the flowers still have not been delivered an now I am skeptical of the arrangement will even be up to the money I spent. I am very disappointed ☹️

If I could give no stars I would, I paid extra for my same day delievery and then on top of that expidited delievery within 4 hours which would of been delivery by 11am, at 3pm I noticed it was not delievered so I called and then they told me that the local flower shop could not make it. How come I did not get a call prior to me calling to let me know. They then told me that they could deliever it tomorrow. I told them that was fine... Well saturday comes and I get a missed call that they could not deliever on saturday either.... I ended up getting my order on Monday afternoon, not the first delivery as they mentioned.

Ordered flowers for 16th birthday to be delivered day of birthday! Contacted that flowers would not be delivered that day but would definitely go the next day. Next day notification that flowers would not be delivered again. Finally third day, after calling to see what the issue was, flowers were delivered. Not what I had ordered however! Don't advertise same day delivery and then 3 days later have the flowers delivered!!!! Don't trust them to do as advertised! Won't make same mistake again!!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. They did not deliver the flower for my mother's birthday and did not tell me untill 445 pm. So I couldn't even arrange anything else.

The flowers were cheap and looked nothing like the design I picked. I paid to upgrade the bouquet and I was very disappointed in the product.

My granddaughter did not receive the flowers I spent 12 hours trying to leave msgs Sending text and on line with the chat line There is no way to reach a real person I tried x 12 hours ! People would call me leave msgs with no real number to call them back and the numbers they left brought you back to the animated system with no way to speak to anyone the next day I canceled the order for refund, with in 2 minutes a real person did call back offering me a $10. Coupon. I missed my granddaughters birthday so that didn’t do much good I will not use Avas flowers again

My recent order has been a complete disappointment. The initial order were absolutely nothing like the pictures. The flowers look depressed. A Temu version is you will. When I reached out to customer service they were very helpful but stated they would follow up with me with dates to redeliver. They never followed up and instead just sent the order out. The recipient is out of town. So once again another disappointment will be received.

Says same day delivery. 2 weeks later i had to call to see where the flowers were. they said they could get it out tomorrow but i said too late. i think this is a scam company

Extremely disappointing experience. My aunt paid extra for a premium birthday bouquet, Lindt chocolates, a balloon, and early morning delivery. What I received was a mediocre arrangement, cheap Trader Joe’s truffles, no balloon, and the delivery arrived after 4 p.m. Despite multiple follow-ups, customer service never responded. Totally unacceptable, avoid this company if you care about quality or reliability

Same Day Delivery DID NOT happen. ordered a beautiful summer banquet for my mother in law 'birthday, didn't look anything like the advertisement. Also I asked for a box of chocolate that never arrived. Bad experience

My Mother's Day flowers arrived drooping, smelling awful, stems rotting. Customer service was as disappointing as the bouquet: no call back, no refund. I am so sorry my children spent their money on a horrible product. They paid for Sunday delivery but it didn't arrive till Monday.

I wished I had seen reviews before ordering flowers for my friends wedding. It was meant to be a surprise as I am overseas. I emailed them to confirm the date and time- received failed email delivery notification. Had to confirm with my friend himself regarding the bouquet. What a shame. My money has been deducted-only an automated email to say they've received the order but my friend never received the bouquets and here I am asking his help to contact this team. Also, they are not even picking up the phone. What a shame and waste of time and money. Hey Team, Can I please get a refund? Order no #1011564.

They don’t even deserve one star. I spent $150 on two bouquets of flowers for my mom‘s funeral. They looked absolutely nothing like in the photos on their website. From the color to the amount and the types of flowers, they weren’t even remotely close. I’ll never order from them again.

I ordered a bouquet of 20 red and white roses a day in advance for a special occasion, expecting it to arrive within the delivery window as advertised. Not only did the flowers fail to arrive on time, but I later received a message claiming the order had been delivered when nothing ever arrived!! There was no proof of delivery, no photo, no signature, and absolutely no sign of the flowers. I had to buy replacements locally at the last minute, completely defeating the purpose of ordering in advance. Customer service responded with a generic message and offered a discount voucher instead of a refund, despite the fact that they failed to deliver the product I paid for. Save yourself the stress — DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!
