I paid for same day delivery, in the morning. They had all day to deliver. They didn't. The following day I called, they promised it would be delivered. It wasn't. Ruined my parents' anniversary. Garbage company, I would absolutely never use them again.

432637445 I’m very disappointed in the caller I received. I was going to schedule on my own online, but I thought the reception would be way better. I told the man exactly what I needed. Which was delivering between 8am-9am I asked no earlier or later due to business closing early. He made me feel like he did exactly the way I wanted it to be. I call around 8:33am the next day to make sure everything is running smoothly. The florist never answered the phone when reception called, and without me confirming he clicked back over and gave me a refund. My first experience, truly will be my last I’m so disappointed. I wanted to do something special for my wife. I was better off doing it online myself or going down to a florist myself.

Unreliable, not delivered on time, and charged for same day delivery when the the delivery date requested was the next day. Will never order from them again

I received a call yesterday that said my flowers would not arrive on time. I had picked one of the available delivery dates for a friend who just had surgery. The guy said they would be at least 5 days late. This is unacceptable. He did not offer any other options, like a discount or to send something different that would arrive on time. Disappointed!

I ordered funeral flowers for my mother-in-law’s service on 06/04/25, and they were never delivered. This caused deep distress to our grieving family on an already emotional day. I got a call the next day, 6/05/25, apologizing and was told they would be diverted today. Is this some kind of joke? The damage is already done. This was not just a delivery failure — it was a lack of basic human decency during grief. I will not order from this company again and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

The arrangement I ordered for the birth of my great-grandaugter was the most disappointing item on display with all of the other floral arrangements she received. I was toitally embarrased. I will never use this company again and will warn everyone I know as well. The yellow roses, which are my favorites, were nothing but miniature buds found in grocery stores and were pathetic looking. This company doesn't even deserve the one star.

I ordered and paid for next day and get an email next day they can’t delivery. Than tell me will deliver following day before noon. Than changes to by end of day and than sorry they won’t delivery until next day! Patient was already home by than. Terrible. Will never use this service again!

The experience was a total nightmare the delivery was not done on time and my friend left the hospital without the arrangement. They offered me a 30% refund and an upgraded arrangement to be delivered next day at their home address and nothing was delivered. I called them again and got offered the same to be delivered the next following day I got tired of it and had to argue to get a full refund. Our surprise got totally ruined worse service ever!

Ordered flowers for a funeral and received an email saying they were delivered. I was at funeral next day and funeral home did not receive flowers. Makes me wonder how many times this happens and sender doesn't know. Flowers never showed.

This company has a bunch of crooks. They just want your money in exchange for poor delivery. They send auto- generated reply and no action. I asked or demand my money back but was ignored. PayPal gave my money back after the case was reviewed. Stay away from this company!

My order was supposedly delivered twice but my sister NEVER received it. I spent over a MONTH trying to get this corrected trying to speak to people I could not understand.

Terrible company! I ordered flowers for two different big occasions five days apart and they never got delivered. Impossible to get hold of anyone to get the reason why and now I spending a lot of time trying to get refund.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Flowers showed up half dead and within two days they were all the way dead. Called customer service and they offered a 10% refund but nothing could be done about the flowers. I complained on Social Media and received a call from a supervisor. The supervisor offered another 10% discount and offered to send back up flowers. The day after the back up flowers were supposed to arrive I called to ask for a tracking number. I was informed that the arrangement was no longer available. After more fussing and complaining another supervisor contacted me and offered a next day delivery. Still no flowers or someone calling to tell me about it. I had to call back and was told they did not have a local flouriest that could deliver. No one ever reached out to tell me of the problems. I had to go to social media and complain before getting a response.
