I ordered funeral flowers for my mother-in-law’s service on 06/04/25, and they were never delivered. This caused deep distress to our grieving family on an already emotional day. I got a call the next day, 6/05/25, apologizing and was told they would be diverted today. Is this some kind of joke? The damage is already done.
This was not just a delivery failure — it was a lack of basic human decency during grief. I will not order from this company again and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.
