These were the worst flowers that I have ever ordered. I ordered two dozen flowers. One dozen never opened. The second dozen only lasted a few days after they slowly and incompletely opened. My wife was not very happy.

I have order twice from this site and have had bad delivery experience both times. I paid for expedited service for delivery before noon. Both times they failed to make the delivery on time. When you call to get service you end up with a third world call center who aren’t much help other than to confirm that the flowers will be delivered but can’t provide assurance of delivery time. This will be the last time I use FromYouFlowers.com

The flowers that were delivered bore no resemblance to that which had been selected from your catalog. Further, the accompanying card that I created which was to accompany the flowers, was not delivered. The flowers and card were for my daughter whose husband had just paased away, and would hopefully have provided some measure of compassion for her. Instead the flowers were unattractive, and she had no idea who had sent them.

Ordered sympathy flowers paid extra for next day and early delivery they never arrived. When I called looking for flowers they just refunded me like 11$. Unexceptionable bad service. Would never use them again.

I arranged 5 days ahead of time to have an orchid plant delivered to my son ans his wife for their anniversary. They didn't receive it on the date specified. I wrote to you, and today (2 days after the delivery was supposed to be), I got a phone call saying that it turns out your florist in the area is closed, and an attempt is being made to find another florist sometime who can deliver today. It seems to me that you should be able to determine as soon as you send an order to the florist that they have closed, and to make alternate arrangements in plenty of time for a delivery scheduled for 5 days later. I am extremely disappointed, and will probably look for another delivery service next time I want to send flowers.

The Fields of Gold mason jar bouquet I received was awful. Hardly any flowers and what flowers were there were droopy or dead. Vase was filled with green leaves which were also half dead and the water in the jar was murky which tells me the bouquet was also made several days earlier. I understand that they farm out orders to local florists but they need to use reputable ones. Customer service was as bad as the flowers! DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

I recently ordered the Lush Lavender Bouquet – Deluxe version, expecting six roses as described. I specifically chose the Deluxe option over the regular one because I wanted more roses, but the bouquet we received only had two roses. This was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations based on the product description. While the bouquet itself was beautifully arranged, it did not reflect the value of the Deluxe price — it looked more like the Regular version. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have never experienced this kind of issue before. I kindly request a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe and Regular bouquets. I'm very disappointed in my most recent interaction with Fromyouflowers. After years of using this service to send flowers to a loved one who is out of town from me, I received an email in which they informed me that they suddenly could not manage to find a local florist that they could work with to accomodate my order. Please note that as I previously stated, I have used this site multiple times a year, for multiple years, to this very same city and delivery address, most recently just this past Valentine's Day of 2025. Yet now, it was disclosed to me that it was no longer possible to make deliveries to this particular address and I would have to choose an alternative zip code in order to procede. Well, because the address for my loved one has not changed, I had to find an alternative floral delivery service to carry out my order. I will be eliminating Fromyouflowers from my list of business dealings and blocking them from contacting me with their emails, as they are now useless to me.

Really said that both times the system to check deliveries wasn't working. My 2nd order I paid the extra for delivery before12pm it didn't happen so got a refund. Very disappointed because it's not the 1st time this has happen!!!!

I have never been so disappointed with a purchase. Since when is the client expected to assemble a purchased flower arrangement? A box containing flowers and chocolate-covered strawberries was left on the porch in 100-degree weather. By the time my elderly aunt realized the box was out there, the contents spoiled. The anniversay bouquet I ordered for my wife was delivered after 6:00 pm. When I opened it I was dismayed that it only came with the roses and none of the other fowers that were promised in the description. The roses were already wilting and were dead around the edges. I threw them out today as they were withered incuding the leaves.

It's probably not a good idea to ask for a review when the flowers that were ordered for a funeral were not delivered. This was one of the most disappointing experiences.

After reading the great reviews, I decided to give it a try. I was notified by the recipient of this flowers that instead of 15 stems of tulips, they only delivered 14 and they died within 2 to 3 days.

I have used this flower several times with pretty good success. Unfortunately not this time. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my cousins funeral, only to be notified days after the funeral that the flowers were never delivered. Another time a I had sent flowers to my mother, they were delivered to the wrong house and when the person that had received them tried to contact the company to tell them they had delivered incorrectly and needed to come and pick up the flowers so that they could be delivered properly, it was ignored. Finally a few days later using the information on the card they tracked down my mother and delivered them to her themselves and explained what happened, tht they had been delivered to their house by mistake. Clearly in both situations I wasn't pleased. Only in this recent case was I refunded the charges. I am going to really think hard before using them for flowers again if this is the outcome I can expect.
