The flowers that were delivered bore no resemblance to that which had been selected from your catalog.
Further, the accompanying card that I created which was to accompany the flowers, was not delivered.
The flowers and card were for my daughter whose husband had just paased away, and would hopefully have provided some measure of compassion for her. Instead the flowers were unattractive, and she had no idea who had sent them.
