I recently placed two orders through this company. One was delivered a week earlier; the other did not arrive in time for Mother's day. I must note that this is not the first time that I have had concerns with the floral service. I continue to patronize this company because of the free shipping. The persistent lack of execution with my orders is unacceptable. Each time, I receive sincere apologies, gift certificates, and occasional refunds even if the product has been canceled. No such customer service this so my Mom was left with no flowers this year. I will not be using this company anymore and of course, I would not recommend that any of my friends/family use it either.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that were to arrive on May 10th or May 11th, in time for the holiday. The flowers did not come until the afternoon of May 12th and looked as if they had sat in a hot car for 24 hours. The flowers were wilted entirely - unable to be displayed. When I wrote to the company, they gave me a generic apology and a $10 coupon off a future order. No thanks! I would have been a return customer if they had handled this issue appropriately. Now, they have forever lost my business.

Sent dead flowers. When I called to complain they offered me a 30% refund. I wanted my Mom to just get flowers for Mothers day. Also the refund only applied to the sticker price not the extra $20 in fees that you paid by the end of the order.

I ordered the Blue skies & Sunshine flowers for my mother for Moters Day. The did arrive on time but they were NOT the flowers that I ordered (they did NOT look anything like the photo). They looked horrible. I called customer support and the only thing they were able to do was give me a 20% refund which was $7. This was my first ever time ordering from From You Flowers and I definitely will not be ordering from here again. I even had the photos that showed proof of what my recipient received. This was not right at all.

Beware! Mothers day flowers never delivered. Got email on Fri saying delivered. On Mothers Day Mom said never got. 2 phone calls and chat for next 2 days promising redelivery and 20% refund. Still not delivered. Credit card co refunded. Worst customer service.

Flowers were not even close to photograph. They were an embarrasing Mother's Day gift. Shipping and delivery were terrible. The flowers were sent in a box from Kentucky to Wisconsin. I would NEVER use this company again. HUGE waste of money.

I order flowers for Mother’s Day! Received flowers late 2 days later. I was unhappy with what they send. Flowers didn’t match colors and quality was not good. I paid top $$. Disappointed!

I wish I would’ve done little research before ordering from this company. What I ordered was nothing even close to was received. I will never use them again and I hope other people read these reviews before doing so themselves. The bouquet of roses and lilies is what I ordered and the other picture is what was received. The first time I reached out to them, they told me there was only a slight difference. That’s insane

After being burned by missed deliveries with other companies in the past, I found fromyouflowers.com and gave them a shot. I paid for a specific advertised Mother’s Day arrangement, $15 for delivery fees and $3 for a Friday delivery premium. I received no alert of delivery and inquired on Saturday with customer service. Later that night, I received a email stating it was delivered on Friday. Got a call from the recipient on Sunday that they were delivered late Saturday afternoon but in bad condition. After seeing her photos, could see the wrong product was delivered with half the flowers dead already, and a day late. After contacting customer service, the automatically refunded “30%” which was around $15 (less than the amount paid for the delivery alone). Further requests for a more satisfactory resolution were met with confirmation that the $15 refund had been applied. The worst company I have dealt with and will not see future business from me.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. They said they’d be delivered by Sunday but came a day late. Then they offered me 30% refund with free re-delivery. They then upped it to 50% refund. I really just wanted a full refund not re-delivery. The flowers looked nothing like the picture online. The vase was suppose to have a picture on it…Nope it came with a cardboard picture that looked all distorted. Never again!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day and paid for the extra shipping to be delivered on the day. They said it was delivered on 5/10. It was Mother’s Day and my mom said nothing ever showed up the entire day and I had to ruin the surprise. I contacted them and they said they would ship it ASAP. It arrived the next day without the balloon I ordered. I will never order from here again

I ordered flowers for my mother, and although they had been sitting in my town since Friday, they didn’t arrive until today. By the time they got here, the tulips were completely dead—no water, no ice packs, nothing to keep them fresh. When I contacted customer service, they initially only offered a 30% refund, which was unacceptable. I had to push for a full refund before they finally “looked into it” and agreed. Disappointed is an understatement. No real apology, no solution—just poor service all around. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Horrible. False advertising. I ordered flowers for mothers day. They were all wilted and dying. Did not look like the picture of what i ordered. Size or quantity. I called and they tried to give me gift certificate. I said no O want my money back. They said we will send new flowers. The flower arrangement the next day. Just as bad as the first one. Dead and wilted. Shame on this company.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day for my 91 year old mother. I placed the order 6 day's early so that she could enjoy them all the way up to Mother's Day. She never received the flowers and I received an email on a Friday saying that they had an over load of deliveries and will need to cancel the order. WHAT ON EARTH!!! This place ruined my Mothers day for my mother. They don't even deserve the one star. It's a big fat 0 stars. I hate this company.

I just received my Mother's Day flowers (two days late) and the mini Tulips were dead with brown petals and petals that were dried and falling off. The leaves were yellow and curled. How disappointing to receive this expensive bouquet of flowers that were ready to be thrown away. Shame of your company.

Order flower for Mothers Day days in advanced, got a notification saying they delivered asked my dad if they were delivered never saw them at front porch called them the the same day and the next day no help just say oh it’s delivered we will see about it… Horrible it’s interesting because I’ve ordered flowers from them in the past two times for my girl and they got there perfectly on time when the notification came in.
