Ordered but flowers were never received. Called support and they assured me flowers would be delivered in two days. Two days come around I get an email saying no florist could be found. I called for a refund and they assured me flowers would be delivered tomorrow . I said no thank you refund. They put me on hold for 5 mins. Comes back with a partial refund and a discount on the bouquet. I said no. They put me back on hold for another 5 mins. Came back and they offered an upgrade with partial refund. I said no. Five mins hold again and then refund. Garbage service.
