“Spend $80 for Mother's Day Flowers. First delivery the roses were brown and wilted. Second delivery was even worse. Brown and wilted roses and half of the flowers were broken. Never again will I order from this company. My Mother's Day gift for my mother was ruined.”

“ordered a premium bouquet. What got delivered was some cut flowers with almost nothing in bloom and nowhere near the number of flowers shown for the type of arrangement I ordered. Went on line and complained -- got a proposed 20% refund -- told them to stick it -- sending me a replacement but I suspect it too will be woefully unimpressive relative to what they picture. Will not use them gain and go with a local florist. Too many bad experiences with them to continue.”
