Ordered Mother's Day flowers on Thursday for Friday delivery. No delivery- called and was told they would be there Saturday, no flowers. Called again they gave me a 10% discount and said they would be delivered FIRST thing Monday ( AFTER Mother's Day) Still no flowers!! Called Monday after arguing with man who barely spoke English he said I would see a refund in 3 days. 3 days pass no refund. Called again and told 3 days again. Finally contacted my bank to dispute!!

Ordered flowers on Friday for delivery on Monday. They still have not been delivered. Keep getting a run around.

My 100 year old mother has a niece she loves like a daughter. She was expecting flowers that were ordered a week before Mother's Day to arrive the day before Mother's Day. They never arrived. After notifying this company, her niece was told they'd arrive Monday, the day AFTER Mother's Day, when they didn't arrive Monday, she was told Tuesday. They NEVER arrived at all. My Mother was patiently waiting for this beautiful bouquet every day. I stayed home and waited every day, so they'd arrive fresh and not be out in the sun. By Wednesday, she told her niece to forget the whole thing. She was upset, I was upset, and her niece felt terrible. This company is the worst! They lie and string you along with no results. Do NOT order from them!

I paid $108.00 dollars for pink roses that were delivered in a box, wilted from riding around on a UPS truck, not arranged as I was lead to believe and they didn't deliver them until after 3pm when they were supposed to be there by 12 noon. I paid 7.99 for early delivery. This company should be forced to close. They are scamming people! If Zero was an option, that's what I intend. Next time I'll read reviews before I order. I tried to add the photo and even that's not working!

Do not order from them it felt like a scam. They never delivered the flowers on Mother’s Day but they sent a confirmation saying the order was delivered. We are still waiting on a refund. Customer service was not acceptable.

HORRIBLE. Flowers arrived in a HOT box. 4 days later everything was dieing. Contacted customer service. They were not able to offer any help.

I was very dissatisfied with the service! I ordered same day delivery and checked the status all day. Then at 5:00 p.m. I received an email letting me know it would not be delivered until the following day. So I called to cancel my order and was told that wasn't an option so they gave me $7 back from my $50 order and said it would be delivered the next day. So this morning I received another email telling me there are no florist in my area and to try a different ZIP code or have it delivered through UPS.

Wish I’d seen these reviews before I used their services. My Mother’s Day flowers arrived two days late and the arrangement looks nothing at all like what I ordered. It’s actually hideous. I’m beyond disappointed and would never order from them again.

I wish that I could leave 0 stars, I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, they were delivered and the hotel staff sent them away by accident. I have called 6 times since, trying to have a re-delivery take place and have been told everyday “ they’ll be delivered by 6pm” and never do. Awful customer service, terrible communication, I will never order from “ for you flowers” again and have told my family and friends to steer clear of this crappy company. Completely disappointed.

I placed an order for Friday delivery…..I help getting emails saying it was delayed & would be delivered the following day & was offered a discount to accommodate for the delay. Finally Tuesday evening I called to see why it was still not delivered & they told me they don’t deliver to that zip code. Unreal! Why wasn’t i informed of this when placing the order. Do not use this service!

Horrible,Horrible ,Horrible Company. DO NOT ORDER from them. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that was quarantined to be delivered on Mother's Day. Received message that they would be delivered on Monday. No flowers. No flowers on Tuesday. They had the nerve to offer me 50% off and still ship them when the are available from the florist. After arguing and threatening to report them they finally gave me a full refund. They ruin Mother's Day. I was better off going to a local grocery store to get flowers. I will never use them again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Made two orders. One order of flowers was to be delivered the next day. This company didn't even send the order to the florist until the day after delivery was supposed to be made. Second order was to be delivered three days later and now yrs after gots and no one even knows where the order is. When I asked for answers i I was given the generic answer "we will contact you when the florist contracts us". So the first order for Mother's Day was declared on Monday. The second order for a birthday was not delivered today. I would give negative stars if possible.

The flowers were delivered a day after the delivery date. The premium flower arrangement was ordered but the one received appears to be the smallest arrangement. They substitute out more expensive flowers with cheaper stems. Would never use this company again.

Ordered for a Sunday Mother’s Day delivery. Didn’t deliver until the following Monday and the flowers were nowhere near what was ordered. An indescribable sham both in schedule and price.

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day, and received them on Friday. They are pretty dead as of today, my grandchildren went to Walmart on Saturday and there flowers are looking great, and they spent a whole lot less. Talked with their customer service and they refunded me a whole $7.00. Will never order from them again.

I recently placed two orders through this company. One was delivered a week earlier; the other did not arrive in time for Mother's day. I must note that this is not the first time that I have had concerns with the floral service. I continue to patronize this company because of the free shipping. The persistent lack of execution with my orders is unacceptable. Each time, I receive sincere apologies, gift certificates, and occasional refunds even if the product has been canceled. No such customer service this so my Mom was left with no flowers this year. I will not be using this company anymore and of course, I would not recommend that any of my friends/family use it either.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that were to arrive on May 10th or May 11th, in time for the holiday. The flowers did not come until the afternoon of May 12th and looked as if they had sat in a hot car for 24 hours. The flowers were wilted entirely - unable to be displayed. When I wrote to the company, they gave me a generic apology and a $10 coupon off a future order. No thanks! I would have been a return customer if they had handled this issue appropriately. Now, they have forever lost my business.
