Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my mom since it had been a hard year for her, they did not deliver flowers to her after accepting payment. Never once did they reach out and say that they could not fulfill the order, no phone call nothing!!! Instead this company sent two notices that the delivery had been delayed to the 5/8 and then to 5/10 and more communication. BUYER BEWARE BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE!! When I called on Mother’s Day to see where her flowers were they said it was rescheduled to Tuesday. Needless to say I canceled the order and never use them again!!

Ordered flowers on 5/8/25 to be delivered on 5/10/25, paying the 'weekend delivery fee', for Mother's Day. Status shows they were delivered at 11:09am on 5/10. However they were never delivered. Still as of today, 5/12, there has been no flower delivery. They did bill my credit card the $90.06 for them though ! Terrible company will never order from again. I notice they have a 1.4 rating with 2,377 reviews (as of 5/12/25). Considering you must leave a 1, on a 1-5 scale, that really means it's a 0.4. I also see that only 8% of reviewers would recommend them. Wish I had checked this site first. Avoid.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day multiple days in advance. On Mother's Day I recieve notice that the flowers will not arrive! All the time, I continue to receive emails from them offering same day delivery!! Do not trust them with any important event, there is no guarentee it will arrive.

Ordered far in advace of Mothers Day and paid for on-day arrival. They never came! The best they would offer is to deliver a random bouquet thart would arrive 2 days AFTER Mothers Day. Terrible, Terrible!!!!

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered roses and chocolate-covered strawberries for Mother’s Day and what arrived was unacceptable — the strawberries were completely melted, and the flowers were wilted and lifeless. I reached out to customer service with photos and got no response at all. Not only was the gift ruined, but the lack of communication made it even worse. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Total waste of money and a ruined special occasion.

Flowers not delivered. I tried the chat, but it was a bot. I called, but couldn’t understand a word she said. I emailed, but got an automated response. I’m tracking the order but there have been no updates. I would love to be able to obtain a delivery status.

Ordered flowers 5-09-25. For Mother’s Day 5-11-25. 159.00 Nothing was delivered. Call them 5-12-25. They are sorry. Will deliver them Tuesday and take $16 off. No thanks. Failed. The hassle you have to go through to order and then cancel everything. But they’re sorry.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Paid extra for Saturday delivery and other up-charges. Got confirmation of order, then nothing. Never delivered and no notification to state they could not, if they did I would have made other arrangements. Then after all that they offered a whopping 20% discount to deliver late. Insulting!

Ordered Mother's Day flowers with a bait on switch on delivery date because florist was not going to be open. Called and was to receive credit for inconvenience- no credit received and order was cancelled completely. They offered for different arrangement to be sent with delivery date 2-3 days past original with no pic/idea of what was being sent. Should have read reviews! Will never order from this company again!

This is the second time ending in dissapointment. Orded mothers day flowers 25 days in advance and again didn't make on the delivery date. If you want your flowers delivered on time. I would reccomend using another company. Quality of product is TBD for the obvious reason of not having them. Very disappointed. Would leave a zero star review if possible.

I received an email that the flowers were delivered. It’s been two days and they still haven’t received the flowers. I called them and it looks like now they won’t receive them until tomorrow which is four days after the expected delivery. I should not have used this company. I should’ve read the reviews.

Terrible, unreliable Company. The flowers never showed up. I ordered them well in advance for Mother's Day. Scheduled to have them delivered on Saturday and my mom never received them. Would never recommend this company. They said they would issue me a refund, hoping this site is not a scam, and I do get my money back.

Worst service every, $14.99 delivery fee $2.99 same day same wknd fee whatever that means. Mothers Day delivery never received. Sad and Pathetic service

Flowers were delivered on the wrong day and were completely different from what ordered. Three of the roses in the arrangement were dead. When I asked for a refund they said they would give me 20% back and when I said no they upped it to 30%. Then I spoke with a supervisor who said she would give me 50% back and deliver knew flowers on the date I originally requested but there was no proof of the new order so I asked for a full refund. After hours of this they finally agreed to give me a full refund

I made 2 orders for Mother's Day and paid 9.99 for each order to ensure on time delivery. One was made on time, the other is scheduled to be delivered today, 2 days late. I chatted with someone at From You. They use overseas support. They told me the delay was because of the carrier and that they would check into it. Here's my problem. I purchased the Flowers from From You, not the carrier. From You chose the carrier. They don't get to defer blame to the carrier when deliveries aren't met. They picked the carrier. Also, when I asked for the delivery charge to be credited, they offered me a coupon instead. Now why would I want a coupon for a future purchase when I had problems with this one. I told the agent I preferred the credit. We'll see what happens. I am not at all impressed.

From you Flowers failed to deliver flowers on time. Their apology email makes me think their strategy is to promise on-time delivery, take your money, then delivery whenever. I feel scammed. I'll never use them again.

It would’ve been a beautiful surprise from my daughter, who sent me flowers from overseas on Mother’s Day. Instead, what I got was a bunch of crushed blooms delivered in a crushed box with a small box of melted chocolates because it was left at my door in mid afternoon heat of 90+ degrees.

Well, it's 6:30 pm on Mothers Day. No flowers. Flowers were ordered 5 days ago, plenty of time to deliver flowers on Mother's Day, plus paid an additional fee. Customer service said order was canceled due to being in an undeliverable area. Undeliverable in a city? It's not like I live out in BF Egypt. Ruined my wife's Mother's Day. My daughter was excited to see the flowers we ordered. To offer a refund is a cop out. I want my order, and I want it on time. If you can't do that, don't tell people you can, especially on Mother's Day!!!! I will never order from this company again. I will leave a negative comment everywhere I can.

I ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered 5 days later at the funeral parlor. The flowers were not delivered and the following day when I called to inquire as to what's happened, the customer service agent on the other line asked if they could deliver the flowers the next day which would be 2 days after the burial. I thought his question was out of place and tone deaf. I would never order from you flowers ever again and as far as I am concerned nobody else should.

I had the worst experience ever. We ordered Mother's Day flowers that never showed up. We got the runaround, first being told they were delivered, then told they were not delivered and actually reassigned to a different florist too late in the day to deliver Would never order again.
