“I had 3 phone calls in two days...one phone call (from out of the country) stated they couldn't deliver my flowers. An hour later a call saying they found a local place to supply the flowers. Then today, one day before they were to be delivered, another call saying they didn't have anyone to do the arrangement...they are ridiculous, unprofessional and completely out of the country people trying to work with local flower shops. Make your life easy...just stay local. Don't waste your time...gotta go...I need to arrange for flowers for my 90 year old mother by tomorrow! Thanks a lot "You Flowers"”

“I ordered a funeral spray to be delivered on May 7 and it was never delivered. It was ordered and paid for four days prior to the funeral. A company representative called hours after the funeral was over and asked if there was somewhere else I would like the flowers sent. Really? I could not get an explanation why the order was not filled. I demanded an apology letter and my money back. They sure didn’t have any difficulty taking my payment which was over three hundred dollars. The funeral was held in Springfield Illinois, the state capitol, and surely there were available florists to fill my order. Do NOT use this company as they are totally unreliable.”

“I ordered something that really needed to be delivered today. Four hours after I ordered (and after the time-window to order somewhere else), they reported that they couldn't fulfill the order that they had already charged my account for and that I could ship something instead via UPS. The whole point was "same day delivery." I had looked up something that was available in the zip code for same day delivery, and it wasn't available. I called customer service, and they basically said, "too bad." I'm so upset!”
“Do not purchase from this company! I ordered an arrangement for my daughter and what was sent was completely different then what was shown online. I had to speak to 3 different live agents to get some sort of compensation. Terrible! Stay away.”

“The worst representation of what you’re buying online and what actually gets delivered. I purchased a premium arrangement which showed 6 large roses, a birthday pick and a small square clear vase. A small arrangement was delivered with only 3 roses, no birthday pick and a gold vase. I submitted a complaint and their response was a 30% refund which they automatically issued. I didn’t even have a chance to respond, they just felt that was sufficient enough. I would never order from this company ever again. The purpose of my purchase was to wish a loved one happy birthday and get didn’t include the one thing that represented a birthday gift and made a MUCH smaller arrangement than what was projected online.”
“I ordered a bouquet of flowers and the experience and costumer service was horrible. I specifically PAID EXTRA for the flowers to be delivered in the morning (before 12pm) and were not delivered until 2:30pm. Was also not notified that the flowers would be late. The flowers that i sent were also not even the flowers I paid for. I ordered a roses and lilies bouquet but instead sunflowers and roses were delivered. Imagine if my aunt (the recipient) was allergic to sunflowers. After reading other reviews it appears to be a common issue. It’s insane that this business casually swaps out and replaces the flowers without the costumers knowledge. I immediately contacted costumer services through email. At first they offered to just resend the bouquet with the correct flowers. I said no because that just wouldn't make sense. The occasion already passed and flowers were already received. The best they could do was only give a 20% refund of the entire order. Will never order from them again.”
“When you spend this kind of money for a bouquet of flowers that look like one thing in a picture and a completely other thing when the person actually gets it, is incredibly disappointing.
