My daughter bought me flowers from these people for mother's day and had them sent to me. They had mold on 98% of them and they fell apart the moment I touched them!! I don't want to tell her because she did this for me out of love and I don't want to make her feel bad.. these people knew they were sending out sub quality flowers!!! I WILL be reporting to the BBB. I want EVERYONE to know this business is BOGUS!!! I still have photos as well and the box they came in!

Absolutely horrible all the way around. Wrong flowers, missing customized vase, and horrible customer service. Paid almost 100 dollars with 13 dollars on the additional customized photo vase and they tried to just give me a $10 voucher to buy with them again as if I ever would and then only gave me a 9 dollar refund when the entire order was completely wrong. Horrible.

ordered a premium bouquet. What got delivered was some cut flowers with almost nothing in bloom and nowhere near the number of flowers shown for the type of arrangement I ordered. Went on line and complained -- got a proposed 20% refund -- told them to stick it -- sending me a replacement but I suspect it too will be woefully unimpressive relative to what they picture. Will not use them gain and go with a local florist. Too many bad experiences with them to continue.

Ordered flowers fromyouflowers.com and they never delivered them. I got an email saying they were delivered but my mom was home all day and never got them . I called the company. They offered to refund 30% 😳 I demanded a full refund and now will see if they will refund. They offered to deliver the following week but my mom will be out of town. Scam ! Total scam

I’m so so upset. I ordered flowers on 4/22/2025 to be delivered on today, 5/10/2025 only to be told in an email that I just received TODAY, that you can’t deliver them. I ordered them EARLY so to be sure they were delivered. I spoke to your customer service representative and had to cancel the order completely because they were for MOTHER’S DAY to be delivered to my daughter who is a brand new MOM! I’m in tears over this.

I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered Friday the 9th. They are still somewhere on a UPS truck. Flowers and candy. Been on the truck for 2 days. No way they will be fresh but he time they get delivered (if they arrive ). I’m so disappointed. I will never buy from this company again.

Horrible! They shipped UPS instead of using a local florist So how much care do you think UPS will have for them? I specifically put to be delivered TODAY. UPS shows they won't be delivered until AFTER Mother's Day, 5/12!!!! How fresh do you think they will be after UPS has had them for 4 days???? What a joke. Then they offer me a $10 credit lmao. Like I'll ever use this Horrible company again. Avoid at ali costs!

I spent $110.00 on flowers that were old and wilting. They were nothing like what was pictured. When you call no one can speak good english. What a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN!!! BUYER BEWARE. If you order, prepare to get subpar flowers not even looking like that beautiful picture you see.

Paid for Saturday delivery for Mothers Day. Tracking says delivery Tuesday. Can only imagine what they'll look like. After 64 min on the phone with C/S they issued a $10:gift to use next time. No Next Time. Keep it

Many flowers arrived half dead. Some broken. They were in a big enclosed box. How did this happen? Took several days to arrive. Probably not in a refrigerated truck. My advise is to buy from a reputable company

What you order & pay for isn't what you receive!!! I could have done better going to a supermarket! Pic on left is what I thought I was ordering....pic on right is what my mother actually got....I'm furious and will never order from this place again!

ZERO stars if I could. Recieved my Mother's Day flowers from my son, on Thurs, WITHOUT any MOISTURE WRAP around stems, delivered UPS in Florida heat. Wilted and so sad looking, they be totally dead by Sunday. Mistakes and problems happen but reputable companies fix them. When I called, I got the run around for over 20 minutes. They were unable to replace it, out of stock ??? Seriously? Asked them to at least replace the 4 yellow roses and wouldn't do that or refund my son w/o him calling. I don't want him to feel bad because of their mess up. He couldn't be here, that's why he sent them. Find another way to send flowers!!!

Sent flowers to my mom for Mother’s Day and I wouldn’t put these flowers on my worst enemies grave. These flowers look as though they’ve stared death in the face and are scared for life. These flowers are more wilted than the wilted flower emoji. The fact that these are premium is laughable. This has to be a joke, right??! 🥀

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. I spent almost $70 and it gave the delivery date between 5/9 and 5/11 on mother's Day. I ordered on a Thursday mother's Day is on Sunday. Was sent a message that said we apologize for the delay and thank you for allowing us to fix the issue. I wasn't given any option. I was just told it wouldn't arrive until Monday after mother's day. I lost my dad back in February and was trying to do something to help put a smile on my mom's face for mother's day. Now thanks to their poor service she won't receive it until the day after. That kinda defeats the whole purpose of even buying them and having them delivered to her. My dad had her flowers delivered every mother's day and I was trying to carry on that one thing that could make her smile even if it is just for a moment. I will never use them again. Thanks for nothing but disappointment.

I’d like to give zero stars! I ordered a premium arrangement with 18 brightly coloured roses and various other lively flowers and greenery. What’s was delivered was about 8-10 past their prime roses with some wilted greenery with a couple of unopened flower buds. I could have purchased much better from the grocery store if I lived locally. I paid close to $100 CDN. They refunded me $18.42 - with no explanation as to that random dollar amount.

My mom was delivered GARBAGE sunflowers and two sprigs of what looked like weeds. There was supposed to be A LOT more greenery and flowers. I felt so badly that I couldn't be with her on Mother's Day, so I sent what was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Im just plain angry about this.

Disappointed and Misled I was really looking forward to receiving these pink roses that my boyfriend thoughtfully ordered for me. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the picture advertised they were a completely different shade and already wilting upon arrival. Some petals were browning, and the bouquet lacked the freshness and vibrancy we expected. For the price paid, we anticipated much higher quality. This was a special gesture that didn’t live up to the moment, and I hope the company re-evaluated their quality control and accuracy in advertising.
