I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that were to arrive on May 10th or May 11th, in time for the holiday. The flowers did not come until the afternoon of May 12th and looked as if they had sat in a hot car for 24 hours. The flowers were wilted entirely - unable to be displayed. When I wrote to the company, they gave me a generic apology and a $10 coupon off a future order. No thanks! I would have been a return customer if they had handled this issue appropriately. Now, they have forever lost my business.
