Several things went wrong with my order. Placing it at 9:30 am on a Friday and paying an additional $2.99 for same day delivery. I was notified at 5:15, that evening that my order would ship on Saturday, with a $3.19 Refund. Then at 2:40pm on Saturday, I got another email saying it would not ship until TUESDAY. This would now be 5 days from when I placed my order. Upon Arrival the flowers were not even a third of the size shown, and I chose the larger bouquet for more money. This order was $65.00 and it looked like a $25.00 arrangement. Their Final Compensation was 30% off and an apology. I will not be using them ever again. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Terrible Service – Never Again! I placed an order for flowers, and they were never delivered. The bouquet was meant for a special occasion, and instead of joy, it brought nothing but frustration and disappointment. I contacted customer service multiple times and received no helpful response—no explanation, no solution, and definitely no apology. After waiting far too long, I had no choice but to cancel the order and request a full refund. This level of negligence and lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this service. Never again!

I paid for Saturday delivery for my Anniversary. Flowers sat for 3 days in storage; finally arrived Tuesday (late). The flowers sat in a box for 3 days with no water. The chocolate turned white (rotted) in the box. The only thing that survived was the Bear! I do not recommend this company or it's products.

Worst experience ever! They never delivered the requested flowers for the funeral service - despite 3 day ordering window. I had to follow up repeatedly and they could not provide any update. After the funeral service concluded, they called to say they could not locate a local florist for delivery. This company is an utter fraud. Avoid at all costs!!!

I have tried ordering flowers and plants from this company on 3 occasions. Each time they were never delivered on time, nor did they let me know. When I gave them another chance to order next day they still did not deliver. Never use this company.

Terrible. Half the flowers I received ended up in the compost pile. And a fly (maybe more than one!) was supplied as a bonus. Dried out. Poorly thrown together, this company should be ashamed.

Absolute horrible customer service do not waste your time or your money. I guarantee you your order will not be delivered anywhere close on time. Don’t even waste your time ordering expedited delivery and paying extra money because they will not expedite your order….

They didn’t get there on my mom‘s birthday and it was critical that they did then when I called to let them know that the flowers were two days late and I no longer needed them. All they said is that they could offer me their sympathy they did end up giving me a refund and the flowers did actually end up showing up two days later and they were the worst flowers ever nothing like the photo they look like they were dead like they had been in the box for weeks. terrible terrible terrible if I could give them zero stars, I would.

Ordered an arrangement ( which cost over $200) to be delivered to an office building. I received no notification of delivery. When I checked with the recipient, they said it was never received. I notified For You Flowers who opened an investigation. I was just notified today that the florist left the arrangement outside the office door and that was proof of delivery. Obviously, they were stolen. What kind of idiot leaves a $200 arrangement outside of an office door? I will never use this company’s services again.

What I ordered was not what I got. I was embarrassed by the flower arrangement that was sent on my behalf. I paid to ensure I would have a beautiful full arrangement but that is not what I got. They offered a discount after I made a complaint with customer service but I did not want a discount I wanted not to be embarrassed by the flowers I sent. This was the item description for what I ordered on their website: The Cotton Candy bouquet is the perfect arrangement to send to someone special in your life. It includes beautiful light pink and white roses; all beautifully arranged in a glass vase accented with a light pink bow.  Includes:  • Pink Roses   • White Roses  • Mini Carnations • Green Poms  • Clear Glass Vase with Bow . What was received was a puny bouquet of daises. Will never order from them again

Absolutely awful. They advertised online they deliver to Hampstead,NC and then didn't tell me they didn't find a florist till late in the day when I had to ASK and too late to get flowers deliivered for a birthday. I demanded my money back and went elsewhere a day late and embarrassed. They also said they would send an apology to my sister for not sending the flowers on her birthday along with a nice floral arrangement the next day. Same thing again, I had to call them and they never found a florist...Finally, 3 days later and after I emailed them the name of the only local florist I could find there, she was sent a cheap arrangement. Never again !

We were very embarrassed by the flowers that were sent out. We ordered a cute all pink arrangement for a friends Mothers 100th birthday. What came was disgraceful. 2 huge deep red flowers, some closed little red flowers on a stem, closed white flowers and 1 yellow rose. Not close to what we picked out. They need to keep better tabs on the florists they use. Will not use this site again.

The flowers came later than I wanted them to, and they did not look like what I chose. Honestly, the ugliest bouquet I have ever seen. It looked like the flowers were stuffed in a plain vase and bumped around.

Ordered flowers for mom who is in the hospital and paid 14.99$ for delivery and another 4.99$ for delivery and they say by 5. Still no flowers!!! When they get there they better be beautiful!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery on May 9. The flowers never arrived. I emailed and called, but received no answer about why the flowers were never delivered. The operator offered me a 10% refund!! Ended up calling my bank to dispute the charge. How disappointing!!

Horrible company, and customer service. Not only was I at first refused a refund after the Mother’s Day flowers I sent arrived 3 days late, and dead, but after fighting with them for 4 days on a refund (they only wanted to replace the product) I was only refunded 30% which was about $13 of a $70 order (including shipping costs etc.) Never Again!

My sons had these flowers delivered to me for Mother’s Day and they are the worst flowers I’ve ever received. These are a picture a week later. Luckily he got a refund. Buyer beware… Do NOT order from this company!!!
